Initially, i was confused on where to go and check in, once I entered the building. I can say that EVERY single employee was nothing but nice and friendly. That is always something that determines my stay. However, I booked through a third party for a studio suite and as I was almost checked in, I mentioned that I had my service dog with me. Then the receptionist changed my room. Once I got settled in, I noticed that the room layout was not the same as what I had booked. I called the front desk and asked them about it. They stated that I was placed in a standard king. I asked if I would be charged differently since my room was downgraded by them. She stated that since it is a third party booking, I would be charged the studio suite price...still. That immediately upset me and I was ready to find a different hotel. I did stay due to unavailability elsewhere to my standards. Other than that, that was the main dislike.

Room cleanliness was not great, blood on the pillows and bed. Moved rooms and so much hair and debris on floor. Tried emailing property with no response back. Have also been trying to get a receipt emailed to us, called 3 times, still nothing. Very disappointing. The staff that was working that night was friendly and accommodating, but obviously management has some issues it seems.
The staff, the location, everything was incredibly wonderful.
There was a homeless man in the lobby arguing with staff when we checked in and what appeared to be 3 homeless men on the sidewalk outside the hotel singing, playing the bongos and smoking pot. The hotel is modern and has a nice restaurant bar area. The room was clean but we had a ceiling tile hanging down in the bathroom.
Check-in was smooth. There is plenty of parking, shops, restaurants, and other attractions in the surrounding area. I loved the city view and the available sauna.

Tiffany, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your visit. I would like to apologize as it seems there was a miscommunication. From what I can see with your original reservation the room type that was booked was an ADA Accessible Studio suite through the third party. I believe after reviewing notes that you were under the impression it was one of the Panoramic suites we have in house. Unfortunately we had tht room type sold out and were unable to upgrade you to that room type. I can confirm the room type booked through the third party site is the room type that you stayed in. I can understand the frustration however and for that I apologize. The next time you are thinking of coming to the area please do not hesitate to ask for me and I will do everything I can to ensure you are taken care of.
