The room was mostly clean other than a few pieces on trash that were left behind. We also had to get conditioner and body wash because they were empty. The staff was very nice and helpful and we enjoyed the common room off the lobby. It was good for the price.

We had bed bugs in the bed. Asked to changed rooms and floor level. Nothing more in that room but we had others that were staying that had more bed bugs then we did. They left to go to a different hotel. We unfortunately were unable to afford that cost and on changing hotels. We had to wash and bag all our belongings to make sure it doesn't come into our house.

Water smelled severely of sulfur/sewage and toilet would not stop running. After bringing this to the hotel’s attention two times, they finally came up and fixed the toilet. They acknowledged the sulfur smell of the water but stated there was nothing they could do about it and could not give us another room or refund us so we could get a different hotel. They also charged for bottled water which we needed in order to be able to brush our teeth. We did not dare take a shower in the morning as the smell was so overwhelming simply from running the faucet.

Everything was great except the bed was so uncomfortable. Pillows were great, blanket was great, bed for me was horrible. And it was only me in there, but I could not get comfortable. And there wasn’t decaf in the room. But literally everything else was superb!!
