The parking lot is somewhat dark considering it’s next to apartment complexes.
When we changed from other hotels and asked to check in earlier, there are always some rooms available in general hotels, and we waited for 3 hours in the front lobby, I can't believe that no room was made up in these 3 hours, and it must make us tired Sleeping on the sofa in the lobby?
Wonderful property
They upgraded our room without paying extra and the night check in receptionist was very helpful and knew how to explain where our room was! Thank you hotel staff!!!
YALL HAVE THE BEST STAFF. They’re unmatched. No other hotel’s staff has even come close to the humor and kindness they’ve shown me and my party. Love you guys. -the purple haired guests <3
No hot breakfast, only cold danish/muffins.
Clean nice room. Nothing fancy, but it was what I needed and it was a pleasure to stay in a room that was reasonably priced.
i paid for the room onlie threw orbitz an got to the hotel and told they dint have any rooms available then requested a refund but told I had to get it threw orbitz but orbitz told me that there was no refund available I paid almost a hundred dollars for a room that I never got and neither orbitz or days in gave me a refund do not order a room and pay for it threw orbitz for days in you will get burned big facts
All was good, The only thing, we did not realize that the breakfast was only served until 9:00 and that was a disappointment. We came at 9:30. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and smiled.
Rooms were ok, cramped, but clean. Staff was very unprofessional. Especially the breakfast attendant. She was rude and unprepared. Made guests feel like a nuisance and verbally let them know. Housekeepers we're very loud, talking amongst themselves. Front desk check in receptionist was friendly, but told us way to much personal information. It's been a long time since we stayed at a Days Inn. We got such a good price, we thought lets try it again. Wish we would have spent a fee bucks more to stay elsewhere.
I was extremely disappointed that this hotel didn't have a working pool!!! Also the breakfast was chaotic and i ended up waiting around for them to refill the food. And i wasnt really impressed with the choices they had.
This is a very nice, comfortable, clean hotel with very friendly and courteous staff. The only thing missing was an elevator. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here.
This Days Inn was nice. Safe location, enough parking, easy check in and check out. The room and bathroom was very clean and not too out of date. The continental breakfast was included and perfectly fine. Definitely would recommend this for a one or two night stay.
The outside grounds and general location of the hotel was very dirty. When we checked in, we got a room with two queen beds instead of a single King like we reserved. The group checking in ahead of us included an older woman with a walker. The staff put her on the second floor and there is no elevator. Unless all the first floor rooms were already occupied, common sense says to put this poor lady on the first floor so she doesn't have to climb the stairs. After checking in, we went to our room which smelled very badly of smoke (a non-smoking room). We were leaving immediately, so we dropped our bags off and checked at the desk. There was no one there immediately, so we hit the road and called the hotel to ask if they could do something about the smell. To their credit, they did ask if we wanted to be moved to another room. My wife declined and just requested that they spray the room or light a candle or something. When we returned later in the evening, we could tell they sprayed the room... very heavily. I could smell the air freshener as soon as I hit the top of the stairs. They obviously overdid it, but at least it didn't smell like smoke anymore. When we got into bed, we pulled back the covers and a mint went flying (not a chocolate mint like you'd find in a fancy hotel after turndown service... this was a mint that fell out of someone's altoid box or something). This made me wonder how clean the bedding was if there was leftover food in it. The last negative was that in the morning I looked at the bill that they slid under the door and noticed that it was for the wrong room. On the bright side, the breakfast was good (especially the biscuits and gravy) and they did a very good job of keeping everything stocked.
Nice hotel. Easy to find. Had done renovations since our last stay. Pool was cold but staff was up front about it. Hot tub was nice and warm. Staff was great. Will stay there again.
