Cmon inn refused to refund me and charged my card as a no show when I had 100% cancelled on hotels.com before the cancellation cut off. Kept saying they stand by their no refund cancellation policy (said they never recieved notice from Hotels.com). Why should the customer get charged and penalized for miscommunication between both parties ??I got charged for nothing . So disappointed

A nice, quiet place. Good breakfast and nice area to enjoy it. Bed wasn’t as comfortable as most places. Room was large and had a nice recliner. Pricey, but it was a busy weekend in Fargo and there were no vacancies, so we were happy we booked early.

There are so many hot tubs! This is a nice place if you want to enjoy a soak. The bed was comfy and the room clean. Sensory concerns: The hotel is humid because of all the hot tubs. The room was not too noisy, but some traffic in the hallway could be heard. My stay was cut short and management was great about helping me with the change.

I had been pleasantly and patiently waiting in line at the hotel desk for about 10 minutes. The time was 4pm and I had been on the road for my max of 8 hours a day. (In my youth, I could easily and comfortably drive 12 hours a day... at 64 years old, 8 hours is my max). Anyway, after patiently observing the other travers/hotel guests around me, I wanted to give the hotel clerk a hug. He has to deal with so many unnecessarily angry people. He's just doing his job. The impatience of the hotel guests, their apparent and loud annoyance with having to wait in line behind three previous hotel guests... I was embarrassed for them all.

The hot tubs were great. The pool was very nice. It’s a quiet and relaxing hotel. The room was nice. The bathroom could use an update, peeling paint. Convenient to highways and dining options. Drekker Brewing is a must visit in the area.
