Smooth checkin. Clean building and rooms. Comfortable beds. Killer breakfast. Will be staying here whenever we’re in Fargo.

Nice, clean, very good amenities, indoor pool and hot tubs. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by.

We love the atmosphere, the five hot tubs, the delicious hot breakfast and convenient location. It’s a favorite place to stay when we’re in the area and good value for the money

Nice motel close to restaurants and shopping

Ive always enjoyed my frequent stays at C'Mon Inn's especially the Grand Forks, ND location. This time though, the staff (younger, pudgy, tall guy) was very very rude. As 11 PM came, they closed the courtyard and he basically said get to our rooms or I'm calling the cops! We then asked if we could use the unoccupied meeting room for a bit and would take care of any mess and he immediately shot that down. Very unprotected and uncalled for!! I've never had this issue before at any C'Mon Inn I've stayed at and therefore will never stay at the Fargo, ND location again!

I have been staying at the C'mon in for the past 4 years. We usually go 3 to 4 times a year and stay from a week to 2 days minimum. And a lot of times we had 2 rooms. This past stay was the most disappointing one. One of the rooms (we actually had the same room in past stays) was next to the maintenance room and the machines were so loud the walls were shaking, you can't sleep. When I told the girl at the front, her response was: we're booked and if you can't sleep you can find another hotel. That was a deal breaker for me. I'm never staying there again. The pillows have been over used they became rock hard ... room service is every 3 days, which means you basically won't get any service.... overall very disappointing stay

We really enjoyed the jetted tub in our room. We could relax and watch a movie while in the tub. The only thing i didnt like was the fact that someone at the door can see into the tub area other than that breakfast and everything else was fantastic.

The location, safe and close to restaurants

C’mon inn Fargo was great! Walking distance from the Fargo Moorhead Visitor Center. A little noisy at night with the pool and hot tubs, but overall a great experience!

Nice

It was very nice

We liked everything, the room was large and comfortable, With a very warm atmosphere, the pictures were very nice The lighting was very pleasant, the bathroom was nice size, the beds were very comfortable, and of course the courtyard was extremely pleasant, and the breakfast was great… my favorite place to stay

The name is very down homey and inviting, The lobby, courtyard is very pleasing, the breakfast is great All in all 2 or 3 thumbs up, if I had that many!

We chose the C’mon Inn because of a previous stay at the one in Missoula MT and were once again pleased with our choice.

Let me start by stating all C'mon locations have this policy, and Grand Forks and Fargo location mirror each other in many aspects, therefore there should be no surprise to you as to our policies as you say stated you come to our locations often. The purpose of this policy is to ensure with 300 people on property and the courtyard the main area to doors to the majority of rooms it is very, very loud. Our guest wanting sleep need quiet time as well, and thus the 11pm closing down of the courtyard general area.Next, at check in all guest checking in at the front desk are informed of the breakfast times for the nextmorning, along with the 11pm closing of the courtyard.Next, all my staff are accommodating and polite, until such time they have to deal with guest issues such as uncooperative guests to policies. Alcohol, as in this case also causes staff to be more patient and directive to get guests to rooms. They try to work with guests until it is obvious they can not on their own.I understand you had a courtyard room, but all rooms are under the same policy. The calling of the cops are used when guests will not listen to simple instruction or the staff fear retribution and don't feel they can handle the situation. The staff on that evening walked around 5 times from 10-11pm informing guests of the 11pm closing time.Guests are asked to prepare to go their rooms, some choose to go out and see the town if not ready to retire for the evening, or simply congregate to rooms and socialize. Staff don't simply get defensive for no reason, but at times have to, even though they don't want to have to do this. I hope you enjoyed our 7 bodies of water like no other hotel, larger breakfast than most hotels, the wonderful large open wooded courtyard like no other hotel, and overall great atmosphere. The great majority of our guests abide by policies and the reviews on Expedia as you read through them will reflect how much they love our hotel, amenities, and staff.

First let me say we pride ourselves in our hotel and our staff! Our scores and other comments ( some just from this weekend as well ) stand by our pride and awesome hotel. We have not had this issue with this room before as it is a room often requested as its close to the pool windows.Sometimes when upset things get taken out of context. The staff member made a comment such as, we are sold out so we cannot move you to another room, but if it would be better for you, I can understand if you want to go to another property. Not wanting you to leave but no other option inside the hotel to fix the issue at the moment. We have new pillows, both soft and firm and memory foam styles. Due to COVID 19 issues and lack of people wanting to work since COVID 19, still as with most properties, there are still policies in force such as our cleaning policy. This does not mean we don't do things such as take garbage from room, give new towels, give new soap, shampoo, etc. Basically everything except making beds for short stays.I am sorry you did not have a good experience, ( and reflected as your a repeat guest, you have enjoyed the hotel prior) as we try hard to make a great experience for all guests.

Thank You for staying with us and your kind review.I am not sure about the comment, someone from door can see into the tub area? We checked all the suites as not sure which suite you stayed in. We could not see in into the room from any viewable accesses. If curtains are drawn there was no visual access. The only way that could be possible would be if the door is opened while in the tub, then there may be the possibility. We do not recommend opening doors anytime one is vulnerable to being seen, such as the hot tub, coming out of the shower, or dressing in the open room area.If the security of keeping doors and curtains are all closed, there is no viewing of anyone anywhere in the room. Please be safe at any hotel when opening doors or curtains.
