The room was clean and the staff was courteous, hut the room thermostat was off by 15 degrees, and the mattress was horrendous. Felt like it had been found by a dumpster. Also, my neighbors in the room above mine sounded like wwf wrestlers at 1 in the morning.

The room did not have air and it was very stifling. The ac unit was screwed closed. I went to shower and dirty gray water was backed up from another room before i even put the water on. You could hear everytime the person upstairs moved.
