Upon arrival our room and hall stunk. We found moldy food in the microwave and old gross coffee pods in the coffee pot. The bed was horrible and did not help us at all with getting sleep before or after the Fargo marathon. I would never ever stay here again. Only good thing was the front desk staff. They smiled and were pleasant

Excellent crew, room! Would definitely stay again!!!

Room was clean. Staff friendly. Great breakfast. Hotel is a little older but kept up pretty well.

The hotel is squeezed between other businesses and so there is a little trouble parking. There was a bar downstairs from our room, but we did not hear anything from it.

We wanted something no inexpensive and this hotel is great. We enjoyed our stay and Theo is a bar connected for those that want that. Plus your in walking distance of many food places as well. We would stay again.

Trouble checking in, had to use different card, both cards got charged. Locks on room doors are not adequate. My 2 year old granddaughter opened the door and got out. Should have chain locks on the doors, up high, like most hotels.

I was in Fargo for business and needed a reasonably priced place to stay. The room wasn't real large, but it was clean and neat and more than adequate. Breakfast include foods that I could eat (I'm in a restricted diet). It was an overall very pleasant experience. I will be staying there two more nights at the end of this week.

FUN TIMES! GOOD BEER, MUSIC AND BARTENDERS! CLEAN ROOMS AND FRIENDLY STAFF

The Hotel was nice with the exception of a few shortfalls. However, the hotel is currently undergoing a renovation that will correct this. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms are decent looking.

The hotel was okay. There were remodeling so it was kind of dirty in the hall ways and stair ways. The room smelled like new carpet and the door felt cheap, but it was clean enough in the room.

Very close to shopping centers and restaurants! Excellent location for meeting people! Pool area very nice and clean.

If your just looking for a bed and hot breakfast stay here.

Nothing fancy, but clean, neat and quiet, reasonable price. The parking lot was full, but I never heard anyone. The bed was comfortable and everything was in order, working and clean. Room is on the small side, but well organized, so its not crowded. Staff was and nice and efficient.

To be fair, the bed was very comfortable and clean. The renovations were very uneven. For example, there are nice lamps in the rooms, but the microwave was definitely original to the room (think turn dials and fake wood paneling). It looked like a new AC unit was installed, but then the walls weren't re-patched and painted afterwards. In short, my room was NOT like the rooms advertised on the website. There is a construction site maybe 100 feet from the windows of the hotel. Very noisy, and construction starts at 7am. You can hear everyone walking down the halls and upstairs. The hotel staff was very friendly.

A last minute trip to Fargo for a sporting event brought us to this hotel. It was priced right, the amenities were about average, clean rooms and helpful staff. The pillows were thin as potato chips and we only received two for the entire room. Other than a stiff neck, the stay was pleasant and uneventful.

The outside of this place looked promising, once I found it (it's really sort of hidden behind McDonalds). The staff took way too long to check me in, and the next day it turned out she's changed the already paid for room, to be charged again on my CC. I will have to keep an eye out to see if I got double charged (see, that's just more for me to do now). The hallway to the room reeked of smoke and old sweat (I'm being polite). The room was slightly less bad as far as odor was concerned. But that was possibly because the AC had the room chilled. Still, though everything looked clean, it didn't smell nice. The only plus for me was that (at least the night I was there) it was quiet. I guess you get what you pay for.

Stopped overnight on the way home from out west. The hotel was ordinary and needs much updating.

Not newly renovated, old dingy carpet with too much air freshener to cover up bad smells, window a/c units that don't cool under 76 degrees...just felt more like an old motel than what it was sold as. Location near airport and mall near by if that's what you're looking for.

Older hotel but overall clean. Half the price of hotels in the area. It found it clean. Just on older hotel.

This place wasn't bad. You shouldn't expect a Holiday Inn since you're paying $50 less, but I can't say it was that big of a step above a motel. The paint was chipped all over my room, the artwork was, interesting, the toilet stopped working halfway through the night, and the newspaper is on lock down since they don't offer them for sale. The soap was awful and NEVER came off, but perhaps I'm bad at washing my hands. Overall though the place was fine. The bed was comfortable, make sure to ask for more pillows, the ac works extremely well, and the continental breakfast was satisfying. Internet for the most part was stable, and the location was prime. Being that all I really need is a bed, the place was great and though I could have done a motel for cheaper, and be just as comfortable, I wasn't disappointed. It was my first time in Fargo and though I am unsure if I'd stay here again, I sure would pick it over Holiday Inn to save $50 just for a night.

Cherle, We apologize for the inconvenience that occurred during check-in. If you do have a charge on a card that is incorrect, please call the hotel directly and we will get that taken care of for you. We are currently in the process of upgrading our lock system in all of our rooms.
