Holiday Inn Fargo

Everyone of the staff I encountered were SO friendly and accommodating and helped me with any of my needs. The lobby was gorgeous and the rooms were updated and quiet and nicely decorated. I was able to have my son and his children come and swim for free and we ate in the restaurant and had a great experience there as well! I will definitely come back.

Hotel is in fair condition, room wasn't the cleanest found big long black hairs all over the shower before using. Late check out was awesome so my little dude could swim longer. All in all a pretty fair experience.

The Holiday Inn was great. Everyone was so nice and pleasant. The room was very clean and neat. There were plenty of extra towels and tissues. The only complaint I have is that I felt the mattress sagged somewhat in the middle and should probably be replaced.

Really appreciate a great and inexpensive breakfast included.

Good pool. Good place to stay with the family. Kids ate free breakfast so that was helpful. Staff was friendly.

I always stay here when I go to Fargo. I love the location. everything I want to do and everywhere I want to go is just a few minutes away. This is a shoppers dream to be so close to the the mall, I can just walk across the street to it and not have to worry about driving around.

Room was clean. Hotel is up to date. Nice to have a hotel with restaurant connected.

I rented a room at this hotel in the tower portion of the hotel for a bachelorette overnight. We had a GIANT room with a living room and kitchen and a huge bathroom as well. It was perfect for our needs.

Overall experience was great. Restursunt was great and all service was very good and polite. Our only complaint was the lack of ability for adults to use the hot tub area as s relaxation place as there were always too many unsupervised children crowding it.

Not so good. I went to the hotel bar and was told it was closed at 1 am. No reason why

Spent two nights and both evenings there was so much yelling and screaming in the hallways it kept my children awake. We were on the first floor and I think there was some type of fraternity/sorority function as well as a wedding and the things that were screamed him the halls were racist and ignorant and it was very disturbing, it did no good to call the front desk as these were roaming groups of people not stationed in any one place for long enough for staff to get there, at $160 a night I expected better.

We stayed in the "tower" portion of the hotel on the seventh floor. The suite was incredibly large and spacious with a separate bedroom and living/dining space. The bathroom was very large and inviting. I would absolutely stay there again. Great service from the front desk supervisor!

Everyone was super nice the kids loved the pool. But our room kinda felt damp the carpet, the beds, the air.

We had a wonderful weekend. The purpose for our stay was to attend a family wedding. We have lots of grandchildren and they enjoyed the pool & pirate ship! Pool surrounding so pretty, too, with all the different plants!! The kids also had fun in the game room and playing ping pong. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and very affordable! Restaurant food was delicious. We would definitely stay in a Holiday Inn again. The Randalls

We loved the location in relation to the area and the kids really enjoyed the pool area (great facilities there!). However, we were on the main floor and were very frustrated with the noise from the hallway at all hours of the night. Also, it took 5-10 minutes for hot water to flow in our sink/shower and the heating/cooling system was so volatile and touchy. No one got any sleep because of the temperature and noise, so we checked out early and drove home early.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The pool looked like it would be fun for the kids

We took our son to the nearby zoo and stayed here over night. The room was clean and was the perfect size. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest but it worked. We went swimming twice and both times we used the pool our son caught a huge glob of hair on his fingers. That grossed us out. But leaving on a positive note the staff were super nice and they had everything we needed. :)

Hotel is dated, there was a 12-18 inch piece of torn wallpaper hanging next to our door. After we had gotten all settled in, we found a large clump of hair on the bathroom floor. Later we also found "other dark curly" hair, other hair and toenail clippings on the bathroom floor next to the toilet from the prior guest(s). The next morning, I had about 2 minutes of a hot shower. After that the water would basically switch from warm to cold, and wouldn't regulate. TV wouldn't turn on at first and when it did the picture would get distorted then go back to normal, etc. There were other issues, but not enough space to go into detail. I notified the front desk of these issues and of my complete dissatisfaction, and was told that they couldn't do anything because I booked off of a travel website. This was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced! No joke!!

It was great - clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Had a great selection for a buffet breakfast - could have been a bit hotter - and also had a nice pub/grille with good entertainment.

We had hoped for a nice evening of swimming and room service, and while we did get that, the hotel was overrun by highly intoxicated adults and their young unsupervised children. The hottub was broken and covered by a wooden deck, which would have been nice to know, and the noise throughout the night ranged from yelling in the hallways to the man next door snoring...not worth the $300+ we spent on the room and meals.
