I enjoyed the stay at the hotel overall. Pool area was small and crowded but fun for the kids. Not much seating poolside. The free breakfast was the biggest disappointment as there was very few choices. Only fish served hot was corned beef hash which was not appealing.

Property was in a good location and and the staff was friendly. The hallways were not carpeted but just had a strip of carpet down the middle. Not a big deal, just different and kind of had a cheap feel to it. When I first walked in the room there was a bit of a smell. Not overpowering and not really sure how to describe it. The biggest let down for me were the beds and pillows. VERY well used. Both beds were very sunken in and some of the flattest pillows I’ve ever seen. It was like a giant boulder had been in the middle of the beds. First thing I noticed when I walked in the room. (Had to send a pic to my husband so he would believe me!). Needless to say the beds had no cushion left and were pretty hard and uncomfortable. Despite this, thankfully the room was very clean, which is one of my biggest things. I don’t need super fancy as long as it’s clean. Comfy beds is a big one too but if it’s clean I can deal with the bed. Overall, I’d stay here again in a pinch because it was clean but can’t say I’d recommend.

This hotel exceeded expectations as far as pretty much everything you’d expect from any hotel in this category, especially during this pandemic time. Highly recommended!

Everything was great. Really good value. Will go back.

Everything was great and really nice for the price.

We had a great stay here and it was convenient to everything.

The hotel lobby was a mess. There was a construction project going on and the floors were one big puddle from too many soaking wet kids running around while their parents had a giant party in the lobby. The hotel was full of hockey players and their families. The staff did nothing to stop the noise or the public consumption of alcohol. The hotel has a policy posted in the elevator stated that no "Partying" is allowed in the hotel after midnight. They just took the party to the parking lot after midnight. Even though we were three floors up we were forced to listen to their loud conversations while we tried to fall asleep.

Nice breakfast buffet and managers specials meals and free beer or sodas

Pool was pretty crowded and chlorine was so strong that people’s eyes were red and watery.

Watch out in the pool, I twisted my ankle pretty badly on a curb under the water between shallow end and the slide area.

The facility looks much better in photos than in person. We stayed because of the amenities and they were by far some of the most disappointing. The pool with water slide was a must have for kiddos and was very small and shallow. They had two hot tubs. One was not operational and the other was dirty and full of bubbles. Not sure if someone thought it would be fun to put bubbles in but it was a mess. Our linens were dirty and gross. One guest slept on the pull out and the room was cool so I called for an extra blanket. The front desk said sure can you come get it? Really. So we went down to the lobby to get a blanket because they would not bring it. The heater went off LOUD all night. It was awful. It sounded like a freight train on and off all night. The bed was not comfortable but the rooms are spacious. The food was disgusting. The night social was provided and it was a chicken burger breaded patty, canned chilly, moldy strawberries, carrots and ranch and potato salad. Drinks took 20 mins to get and we were served cans of Shasta pop and the diet soda was flat. Breakfast was no better with some bacon(if you can call it that) and gross eggs. The second day we were there we refused the free breakfast and went elsewhere. Would not stay again. Just not as advertised.

First. Huge ordeal to check in, it took three people to figure out what's going on here 20 mins later (200 cash deposit?) Jeez. Make a policy for your idiots to follow. Second. Snooty rules posted everywhere, I don't want to read that in every common area. A simple we have a policy where guests can't make noise after midnight when I'm checking in would suffice.. What am I? Six? Breakfast was amazing both mornings I stayed, Thanks to the kitchen staff. Room service was excellent I noticed all the extra little things you did. Made the stay "worth it". Overall you need to work on your desk staff. I should only need to speak to one person, I need to ask someone for help doesn't fly.(You cast a very rich/lovely environment and you ruin it with staff? No. No.) You should know in any case. Or have a trainer, right there. Take down your policy on noise and other various things and place it on the front desk. Only place it should be.. ever. Would have loved chocolate milk, but oh well all sorts of oj over here.

Nice hotel, clean rooms. kids enjoyed pool and good breakfast. We all stayed at the Expressway Suites in Bismark. Also a very nice place to stay. Kids enjoyed the pool area in Fargo best.

This hotel is convenient to I-94 and 45th Street, which is a plus and the rooms are large and clean as well as the bathroom. Unfortunately, the thermostat in my room was not working and I did mention the issue to the front desk, I literally had to open a window to sleep because it was very muggy and humid. Also, the hair dryer in my room was malfunctioning however the front desk did replace it. The printer in their business center was also malfunctioning, which made it difficult to print my airline boarding pass. The pool was really very disappointing. It was far too cold to enjoy and the toddler in our group was not able to go in at all because it was so cold. Even the 2 adults (myself included) could not take the cold temperature. Breakfast was pretty standard. I did appreciate that they had greek yogurt. I think it could be improved upon though because the eggs tasted powdered and were almost inedible. I think it would be better just to offer hard boiled eggs and say, a breakfast meat option, such as sausages. The only hot items were the (powdered) eggs and biscuits & gravy. Overall, my stay here was average to slightly below average.

We had a great stay.from check in to check out. Staff was very acomidating. The guest social hour was just great.again thanks we will make it our go to in Fargo.

Very nice.....many breakfast choices including many types of fruit! Rooms were nice...located close to shopping, dining & entertainment.

The hotel was near shopping and dining, our son enjoyed the pool!

It was like wax dripping on a termite from a burning candle on the window sill

We love this hotel! The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable! Best night sleep in a long time! We wished we could stay more than one night.

I do apologize that your stay with us was less than what you expected. Unfortunately 2 weeks ago, we did have a pipe burst in the public areas and are still in the midst of the repairs needed. This past weekend was both State Wrestling and a large Hockey Tournament and while we pride ourselves on being proactive about noise, on busy weekends like this, we often have to compromise and work to keep the fans in the public areas, as to minimize the noise on the upper floors. I am aware of the group outside that you mentioned and unfortunately it was a group of smokers that our staff wasn't able to get to in a timely fashion due to addressing a different noise complaint in the hotel. While we strive to provide a clean, comfortable and quiet hotel, busy weekends like this past one can be a tough situation for any hotel that is trying to balance having excited fans and regular guests in the same building. I do hope that in the future, you will give us another chance to show that this past weekend was an outlier, not the norm.
