Exterior door lock was broken so anyone could walk in at any time through side door, day or night. Front desk attendant said lightening struck it and can’t lock it. Both of our room keys didn’t work in the morning. Front desk attendant scanned key at front desk, that didn’t work again. I went back to front desk for another key and that finally worked. Nice, seemingly competent employees. Breakfast eggs were microwaved in bag and didn’t taste good. Overall, hotel was clean, nice employees, pool/hot tub looked good and a great value if you’re on a budget. We would stay there again and would recommend.
