The furniture looked like left overs from a yard sale. no refrigerator no mic, the table had a note that said if we needed shampoo or a hair dryer to get it at the front desk sink faucet wouldn't turn off dripped all night. and a second rate breakfast. couldn't get out fast enough

The price was affordable, the rooms were pretty much basic. The staff was friendly and helpful, the location great. West Acres mall just a few blocks away. The worst thing was the kids on the second floor sounded like they were a herd of buffalo.

There was an obvious funk in the room that was not being covered by the Glade plug in. The drain in the bathtub was scary and uninviting.

We booked a queen size bed. got a full size bed. Was not comfortable and smelled. The location is not good hard to get in and out of the parking lot. Very noisy. We had our room booked for two nights, when we came back the second night to the hotel. Someone else was in our room. We went and told them about it, they moved us to a different room but still had to pay the full price. When we checked up the manager said, said she was sorry.and gave us 20.00 that was it. We were not happy. We walked in on someone else, the manager should not have gave our room to someone else and the two rooms we were in smelled. Made us sick. I would not recommend this hotel to any one. Our Mother stay the same nights in the same hotel and said her room smelled to and the beds are not comfortable.

a clean room in a good area off the highway. worked for us.

The room was OK, bed linens were clean, and smelled fresh. Bathroom was clean. The hotel is dated, First night we were on main floor, heard lots of noise from room above (walking and toilet flushing). Second night we were moved to the second floor, again, room was OK. Front desk staff tried to be helpful and were friendly, but if you need something you have to speak to Lori . There are some "sketchy" people, but we are adults, I wasn't worried.

Elsewhere in the country a room like this might cost about $15 a night. Room was trashed. Lights didn't work. Remote didn't work and when I asked the front desk to fix it, they gave me a paper so I could program it for them. Not my job. In Fargo, motel6 is going for about $65 a night. More than I would normally pay for that chain, but at least they are clean and functional. I'll pay the extra buck next time.

My family needed a no-frills , clean , comfortable place to stay while traveling thru N.D. The Grand Inn in Fargo was not such a place . Our no-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke . There was a long black hair in the sink . The floor had not been recently vacuumed . There were crumbs and dust as well as stains , all over the carpet . Band-aid wrappers under one of the beds .A hole had been kicked in the bathroom door . The shower had 2 temperatures : scalding hot and ice cold .

Average hotel, but the price was right

Went to Fargo to watch our daughter, Kelsey R. compete in the Finals for the first Q98 Girl and she won!!!

Hello, First the room smell of mold. I did get to change. Next , the ad describe that the hotel had high speed internet. No such thing. If they were refering to the desktop in the lobby that does not count. It was to be every room.Could not get it.My notebook was useless. Little things like no trash can and half the lights worked made it trying.I know you don't refund but I checked out on wednesday.I was to check out on saturday. The female at the desk could not give me a receipt , she felt you should send me one. Not one of the best choses. The TV was good to keep up with the US Open.

The rooms smelled bad. And the Continential Breakfast was a 2 day old bagel and stale coffee. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel reminded me of the ones I stayed in as a child. Very basic, but clean and very comfortable.

we were in town for the fargo marathon. we chose this hotel becasue it was in a good location and would be a place most families would not choose as it does not have a pool. the hotel was having major plumbing problems. they fixed them during the night. it was extremely loud. we were unable to get to sleep until after 2 am. they were kind enough to give us a very late check out the next day so we were able to come back and shower after the race. the employees were polite and the hotel was clean. it just was a bad night. unfortunately, it was an important night for us to get a good night's sleep.

I was unable to find a room in nearby Moorhead so I opted for this hotel in Fargo. It is only 8 minutes from downtown Moorhead if you use the freeway. Probably closer...or just as close as anything that I would have found in Moorhead. The hotel is nothing fancy or any great amenities, but it is in a good location and good value for the money.
