We got to town early so i asked for an early (2pm instead of 4pm)check-in. I could tell from the hello that i was a huge inconvenience to them. She told me my room was not ready and even if it was she would charge me an early check-in fee. Maybe this is policy but i have never heard of it. So we walked the dog a bit...avoid the piles of poop not picked up by other pet owners...and sat in the parking lot waiting for check-in. At 4pm i was told our room was not ready. I dont expect to be put on a pedestal but it was 5 hours after check out time! The room was picked up but the bathroom smelled of urine so im not sure how clean it actually was. I didn't see staff again my stay.

There was an issue with our room and our family member’s room. We notified the front desk and they moved all of us to other rooms on another floor. Since then we have had to initiate all conversations. They were supposed to get back to us about the problem and how they would solve it, but no response yet; it’s been about 2 1/2 weeks.

We spent one night while in Fargo (family of four). The hotel, including our room, was very clean and well-maintained. Beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the front desk help was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast offered a number of options and the attendant was great at keeping things stocked. For the money, I think this is a great hotel option. We'd return in a heartbeat.

Seen better days

This hotel's better days are long behind. It wasn't very clean...round corners in the bathroom and the hall carpeting is really dirty. There was so much chlorine in the pool and hottub it made my throat burn just sitting in the pool area.nThe hotel really needs updating. On the plus side the beds are fairly comfortable and the staff is excellent. I liked the doors that go straight to outside. I could have done without the bottle of lubricant in the bushes.

This Best Western was a little older but in great overall shape. Super clean. Friendly staff. Good condition and a nice quiet stay. Only suggestion is that it might be time for new, firmer mattresses. Mine was fairly soft or sunken in. Bedding was crisp, fresh and comfortable. Just seemed like a slightly older mattress.

It would have been better but the elevator was not working. We had heavy luggage that was not easy for us to move up the stairs.

The rooms and beds were really nice. Breakfast is different every day with a lot of options so that’s nice. The pool is very nice especially if you have kids highly recommended to stay if you’re fargo

Large, clean comfortable rooms. Good breakfast with fresh cut fruit. Outside door, so you can park directly in front of your room. We had to leave one day early because of a storm but the front desk couldn't help me because I booked through Expedia. Couldn't get in touch with a live person at Expedia when we were traveling.
