Why Me?

Not welcoming, not clean, staff not professional in appearance. The room was stale smelling and made it hard to stay in the room and hard to sleep. We went out and bought Lysol spray but had to spray several times during our 3 days. I have never given a bad review but this place was disappointing I’m saddened to say.

I requested housekeeping 2 days and it was not done. I had to go to the desk to get clean towels. One of the mornings I went down for breakfast there was no hot coffee. i was there 10 minutes before coffee was brought out.
