Room was booked for 2 people. For towels there was 1 bath mat, one face towel, 1rag and one towel. When I asked for more towels and some pool towels to visit the pool I was told they were all out of towels. Not even a 'i'll see what I can do.' There was dried food stuck on the wall and on the edge of the bath tub. There was a water leak in the hallway coming from one of the clean outs of a room drain. Called for a noon checkout and still had housekeeping knock on the door twice trying to get in. Place is definitely dated and showing its wear and tear.

Bathroom is moldy, shower is dirty and the room is beat up. The ac/heat is so poorly insulated it has ice on the top and a very cold breeze coming from all around it. The floor is very cold all around it as well.
