The 1st room was dirty. I have disturbing photographs which I gave the front desk girl. Everything else was great. The water slide was fun. I liked the location. Everything else was comfortable. The staff was refreshingly polite.

Web site listed 24 hour free airport shuttle service. This is not true as you have to make reservations for the service 24 hours in advance. Once we checked in this information was disclosed. Uber and Lyft recommendations also failed as no drivers were available at the time of need. Front desk was completely unwilling to assist in any way. I had our flight adjusted to a time that the shuttle was already scheduled and once again the front desk would not guarantee or try to help with the service. Buyer beware when using this hotel for flights out of Minot.

The first room we checked into had a dirty floor, there was white stuff all over the couch and foot stools. We went back down to get a new room and that room had the white stuff all over the couch. We didn’t sit on the couch at all because of it. At least the floor was clean in the 2nd room. Most of the staff was friendly. There was a you g man that was snarky with is when our jey wouldn’t work to get into the room. I can say that we will never stay at this property again.

The rooms are big and great for a family. The pool are was great for kids. However, The property could use cosmetic updates. Our room was in desperate need of pairing. There was rust spots all over the bathroom that was eating away at the trim and bathtub. The paint was coming off the walls in multiple places. Multiple mystery stains all over the floor that made me not want to walk barefoot. It took a great room and made it ok. The hotel has the potential to be great/expensive hotel but the looks of the room make them look dingy and dirty. The room quality does NOT justify the price. Hopefully it’s not all rooms and maybe just ours (#106).

Overall, I really don't have many complaints. The staff was nice, but not overly friendly or happy. Our room had a lot of places that could have been dusted. The bathroom fan was full of chunks of dust and the lighting is HORRIBLE. The pillows and mattresses are very uncomfortable. Even my 18 year old said she was very uncomfortable when sleeping. The breakfast was good. Everything was hot and they did a good job of keeping things clean. The pool area is older, but kept up as well as they can. The walls are SOOOO thin! We were woken up numerous times by people laughing, talking, stomping and at 2 in the morning, we were woken up by people being SOOO loud, including their young child. (Not the hotel's fault) just know you'll hear everything through the walls! We would probably stay here again, just not on a weekend , because of all the kids and noone has any consideration for others any more.
