Room was extremely dirty! I fell in the shower because floor in shower was so slick! The other room I got was as bad. The lady that was staying in that room was holding handle on shower door as she was getting in and the handle fell off. Went to office to talk to manager and she was very very rude. I called Expedia to try to get some help and got put on hold and then hung up on. Just super terrible experience

The room was nice it seems it was remodeled recently as they were still working on other rooms on the same floor. My only complaint was the pillows. They appear to be big and fluffy but when you lay your head on it it goes flat and has no support. I will stay here again for sure but i will bring my own pillow.

The front desk person was friendly and welcoming and offered suggestions for dining nearby. The room was clean and quiet and in a nice area. It was nice to be able to open the window and get some fresh air in the room, as many hotel rooms have windows that you can't open.

The room was clean. Breakfast the first day had no fruit. And the pool was cold and hot tub was lukewarm with only 1 jet working. The pool room meds the floor refinished. So does the hot tub as the surface is rusted and missing paint in places
