ONE THING WE LIKE IT ON THIS HOTEL WAS IT WAS CONVENIENT TO THE FAIRGROUND, BUT EVERYTIME WE STAY THERE WAS ISSUE ON THE ROOM, MOSTLY ON THE BATHROOM, EITHER THE TUB WON'T DRAIN OR THE SHOWER HEAD SUCKS, THERE'S MORE COMING OUT ON THE TUB FAUCET THAN THE SHOWER HEAD. HOPE THERE WILL BE ONE TIME IF WE STAY THERE AGAIN THAT BOTH ARE WORKING.

The front desk lady was crabby. She was rude to her coworker in front of me. The younger staff member was doing just fine but the older lady kept interrupting her and correcting her. Hotel was ok. Older facility that was well worn. Great towels. Bed comfortable. Conference food service stay were pleasant.

The breakfast was ok. The toilet didn't flush at all; a maintenance guy used a plunger and it flushed marginally. I used the men's room off the lobby some since the one in the room wasn't at all enthusiastic about performing properly. My wife used the women's off the lobby for the same reasons; there was no to in it, and one of the two toilets was out of order. There are much better places in Minot - there have to be! Spend the $20more.

We really like this hotel! We were very disappointed when we called the help deck and they said they were full. Luckily we checked with Expedia and they said there was a room available. After discussion with the front desk they said the help desk was steering business away from them. You should sue the help desk for steering. They are literally steering business from there own company.

It is obvious that this facility needs some deep care and renovation. I had tepid water for showers, the pool was in poor shape and not heated, I asked for a hairdryer and there were none, the towels were threadbare and mismatched, and the staff was disgruntled whenever I asked for anything. The one highlight was Ty who worked the front desk.

There was no open dining room. The room refrig was noisy and we unpluged it half way through the night. Called the front desk they did not answer walked down to the desk no one around and left after 7 min. The toilet also had a broken arm in the flushing mechanism I reported these thi gs on check out the next morning.
