I appreciated the early check in but there was no front desk person when I walked in. I waited about 10 mins for someone to come up. I didn’t have enough towels or extra bedding ready.

Room was clean, everything else really wasnt or was worn out. Elevators were filfthy. Pool area was ok, but they need a good cleaning. Snack area was cleaned out and didnt offer much

It was not great only the A/C worked in the room, let staff know. We received a space heater to warm room. Room key would not open pool area, and reported to clerk. Clerk stated “We have been having issues. No discount was offered for any of the inconveniences being addressed.

We were on the 2nd floir and the. Letk called 2 tumes to tell us we were walking too hard. Like. We had a 2 bedroom famiky suite, we had 6 people. We were not doing anything out of the ordinarily.

We stayed on the first floor and around 10 pm each night there were kids running up and down the hallway screaming and the people staying above us sounded like they were going to come through the floor!!!! Bathtub took all day to drain and no remote for the main TV.
