Quiet comfort with modern amenities

Enjoy all that our beautiful area has to offer. Whether you enjoy watersports on Watauga lake or fishing in Watauga river, hiking and biking on the Tweetsie Trail, visit Bristol Motor Speed Way or Thunder Valley, explore the caves at Bristol Caverns or prefer to just sit back and relax. To protect our guests we have been voluntarily closed since March 1st 2020 we are now reopening under new guidelines and price adjustments. This house is over 100 years old.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. Nice quite spot,comfortable living space, close to where I wanted to be. Beautiful view of mountains

Had a little problem with ac. But the area was in a heatwave, host was right on it and the problem was solved.

Not clean enough

We were helped quickly when we had problems checking in. If you value cleanliness, don't book here. Just a general sense of dusty, bathrooms could have been cleaner, and linens are old. If I'm paying to stay somewhere and use what others have used, I want it to feel clean, attractive, and good quality.

Beautiful historical home

Great place to stay. Loved the fire ring to sit around. Small upset when we arrived but it was taken care of quickly. We would love to stay here again. Thank you!

This was a landing place and R&R for our band while touring in this area.

Lots of beds and bedrooms. It may not be luxurious but we had everything that we needed. Trish was always available, just a phone call away and she always answered her phone, I never had to leave a message. Functional, clean and a good location for what we needed.

Nice old farm house - perfect for our needs

House was simple, but met our needs. Very close to Elizabethton which was great for us. AC upstairs was a little weak, but still livable. Owner was great to work with and responded quickly to questions.
