Check in was easy and service was great
We had a good stay, no real complaints. The staff was nice and everything was clean. Issues: crazy shower head and slow draining tub, the sheets on the bed are wore slam out - not ripped or full of holes, but super thin, and the entry door at the base of the elevator is broken and does not lock. It would also be nice to have a real coffee cream on the buffet - Coffee Mate is not the same. For the price and location, I'd probably stay there again.
Conveniently located to Chapel Hill & Durham. Hotel is older and somewhat dark and dingy. Ok, but not great by any means.

Good location for events at UNC. Set back in a shopping area that is convenient with stores and restaurants but not clearly marked how to enter property thru all the parking lots. Interior of hotel could use some TLC.
This was one if the worst hotels I've ever stayed at in my life. The staff made it bearable. The room smelled like years of cigarette smoke & old dirty carpet. We thought it was clean otherwise so we sprayed lysol and fabreze to help the smell the first night. The shower took 20 min to warm up even after it had just been running. The second morning, we woke up to find a roach in the bathroom. At that point we decided to check out immediately and go to another hotel.

Clean property, friendly staff, convenient location. We only stayed one night for the NC State v UNC game but everything was in working order during our stay. The staff were very pleasant and caring. Breakfast was hot and fresh. The facilities were clean and safe. Will definitely stay here again.
Room was clean, mattress was a tad hard but okay. Downside was that breakfast wasn't the greatest. Eggs tasted watery, sausage was undercooked and one slow cooker was empty and never replenished. Great coffee!

I came during and unexpected family emergency and the staff was more that helpful. Always politely and informative. The weekend staff member at the desk was so nice and made a very sensitive visit comfortable.

I love my stay at the hotel..It was very comfortable and convenient to the hospital. The food was excellent and fresh.. The team was very friendly and helpful to my every need..I will stay here again..
The hotel surprised me in that it had been updated and certainly I appreciated that. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast started at 6 am and I arrived at 6:20. There was a good selection of offerings; however, the hot foods were dry particularly the eggs which were inedible.
The hotel is a bit shabby. Our double was not available so they upgraded us to a suite. The suite was dark and dated. The hot water did not work in the shower. The pull out was un-sleepably uncomfortable.
The suite was spacious for 2. The bed was comfortable. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and UNC campus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definately stay there again..
The room itself was very comfortable. The breakfast wasn't great, so I went out every morning to eat instead. The computer downstairs in the business center was extremely slow and I couldn't get it to load internet explorer so I gave up after 15 minutes. I frequently travel to this area, and the room is pretty cheap, so I'll be back.
Staff was courteous, room was clean, breakfast was eh, I've had better. Overall an OK visit.
