Liked it was easy to get to off the highway but too close so trucks were noisy The lights in the room were poor. They need to be spread out and not the yellow light bulbs but need more natural light bulbs. Also would be better to have an e tra sink in the room.
Hotel and room smelled like mildew. Housekeeping staff was unfriendly.
Good breakfast. Nice room. Right by the on ramp to the interstate so lots of road noise.

We have stayed at this property before. Great location; right off I-40. Several restaurants close by. We were a bit disappointed by room. Not as nice as last time. Also, trash receptacles around the property were overflowing. At the complimentary breakfast, we waited for more coffee to be made, more eggs to be brought out, more napkins. Perhaps due to COVID, they are understaffed?
Overall, great experience. Great staff. Always love the beds, the clean linens, and the breakfast at holiday in express hotels

We stayed at the one located in Dickson Tn The clerk at the front desk named Chanx i think that's how you spell his name was so helpful and so kind he is definitely the best desk clerk I have ever came in contact with .. the rooms were very clean the in door pool was a lil cold but everything was great
Hotel room and walkways were clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Room was clean and well maintained. Only problem we had was standing water in shower/tub that didn't drain properly and broken drain cover. We were happy with all but that. Gym was small but adequate. Pool was nice.
My only disappoinment was the breakfast. Eggs and gravy... Did not taste good at all.
The appearance of the hotel and room was lovely. The front desk clerk who checked me nice and professional too. I was really enjoying my stay until I took a bath to retire for the night. As I was bathing I looked over towards the toliet and notice the toliet was not clean, visibly seeing brown under the rim of the seat. Then as I stepped out of the tub to dry off, i reached for a towel and realized that it was dirty, having a reddish orange colored stain on the white towel. I was highly disappointed, but too tired to even bring it to the attention of the hotel. I had drove all day and chose this hotel because it was identified as a 3 star hotel, ensuring me a clean room. On a positive note, I enjoyed sleeping in the bed and slept well.
Clean, friendly staff, good location ; but. The cost was a little more than expected for that location.
This hotel is right off I-40 and so could not be more convenient. The beds were very comfortable and the room quiet. There was a great Asian restaurant across from the hotel where my vegan husband had his best meal in a long time.
When first entering room had a musty smell to it and everything in room was damp bedclothes pillows,etc don't know if air conditioner was not keeping humidity out or what but it needed something. staff very friendly. left room about 12:30 the first day and came back that night it had not been cleaned. guess cleaning crew comes by once and if you're not out you are out of luck. Desk give us clean towels when we asked for them,
Everything was real nice. Except for the water pressure in the shower. Staff was professional.
