Ended up being just my son and I for a baseball tournament so we had plenty of room. The condo was clean and well run. It was a little far from the elevator but right next to the stairs so it was an easy trip up and down to the beach, pool, parking lot, etc. I'd recommend this condo and Holiday to those looking in the Destin area.

Awesome vacation location

We’ve stayed at HlSR for over ten years but this unit was disappointing. The floors had not been mopped. After a couple minutes walking barefoot our feet were black! There were no boilers or fry pans but lids indicating they had possibly been present at some time.

We had a very nice week. It was so relaxing and quiet and the beach is absolutely beautiful.

This property is very nice and clean. It was quiet and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Close to everything. It was easy to get to and is gated so we felt very safe. Would recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

Love the view of course, the condo was nice and clean. There were some crackers and dirty under the TV furniture. Couple of the dinning chairs were wobbly. But overall it was great!

Not worth the price I paid

The gate code never worked after they gave me two codes, had trouble with door code. Be aware you only get fresh towels twice a week, which we were only there for one of those days, and they expect you to pay to clean their towels. I sent two messages the week prior with some casual questions never heard back from anyone! On a good note theview was awesome and beach chairs were nice!

The condo was perfect with 2 queen beds and the property was nice. It was exactly as described. The only very minor concern was that the gate code we were given for the parking lot never worked so we always pushed the call button and were buzzed in. But all in all, great stay and we had a good time in Destin. Thanks!

We enjoyed the stay, and the condo had a beautiful view. It was very clean, but it does need new mattresses. They were very uncomfortable. Overall, everything in the unit worked, and I would recommend it.

WiFi is important to some

This is my only complaint (other than horrible mattresses, but that’s to be expected): the WiFi was horrible, constantly lost/dropped connectivity, and desk clerk only gave me (at sign in), info for the WiFi in the lobby, not the room. I had to contact them and get the info for the room WiFi - should have been given at sign in. Even then, it only worked intermittently which is not acceptable to me. If its important to you, I’d suggest booking elsewhere.
