The worst shape hotel. Would not reccommend
There was a strange smell all throughout the property including the rooms. The shade in the room didn't close properly allowing a brightly lit sign to shine into room. Breakfast was just a waffle maker some apples, oranges and yogurt.
Nice safe location with sweet Mexican restaurant within walking distance
Very dirty everywhere. Half used bars of soap in the shower. Half the lights didnt work, lamp shades nuts were missing, holes in the doors. Keycards barely worked and he didnt want to make me new ones. Blinds were broken and room hadnt been swept or wiped down
The room smelt like cigarettes even tough it was a non smoking room. The smoke detector was beeping and was wireless which I don’t think meets fire code.
I came here before back at the end of July & had issues with check-in I asked the lady at check in to change my CC and she never did and I spoke to the GM and he worked things out finally but was a pain. I came back this weekend to try and get another chance and made it worse. Again at check in I was charged on my debit card even when I asked him to change it first thing when I checked in and he said he couldn't. Again this happened again and I was not thrilled, then the gentlemen gave me my room key & of course I was on this second floor - which isn' bad like the 4th floor. But the elevator was broken so I had to use the stairs that was on the other side of the building, I get up to my room and I tried to put the key in the door and it gave me a red light a few times, then I heard kids & people talking - that sounded like they were in the room I was given. I went back downstairs to let him know the issue he gave me a new room on the first floor. I was fine with that. I went to turn the TV on and the remote didn't work so I took the batteries out for a few minutes to see if I could get it to work. The remote would only turn the TV on and the volume and that was it. I went back down to the front desk and the gentlemen gave me another remote I went back to my room the same thing happened just turned the TV on. They wanted to move me rooms again which I refused as I was only going to be there for 4 more hours. They would offer to refund my card or anything.
Elevator broken. Appears to have been broken for some time. Appeared to have shady characters going in and out. Smelled of weed and cigarettes. Dirty. Had to change room due to A/C being out and was down graded and told I wouldn’t receive any money back. Carpet was sticky and nasty. I will NEVER stay here again. Not even if it was free!
Had multiple issues with check in, was charged multiple times. The lady up front never asked if I wanted to change the credit card on file so automatically ran the card of file, wasn’t the greatest time, guess this is what you get for paying for a cheap hotel. The locks on the doors don’t work. The fire alarm was falling out of the roof.
I can go into detail, but I don't like picking on people as I am unsure of the story. I would just say who ever is in charge needs to figure it all out, personnel, cleanliness, bed covers, etc. I would just say I know there are way better choices in that area for the same price.
liked the facilities available inside room and the hotel. But there were existing issues, that they never fixed or care about. The toilet seat was broken. The shower head and faucet is broken. Water comes through both ways in any position in the shower. One of the bed in our room was making lot of noise, even for a small turn. It wakes me up and others every time. The eclectic stove turns on but not heating. The wall mount a/c unit makes huge sound , when it turns ON every time. Complained these issues to the front desk on the 1st day of my 3 nights. But no one cared to call back or fix the issues. I again complained about it during check-out. I don't think they will fix it, as I am pretty sure previous customers must have informed similar issues to them already.

I like how the room had microwave and stove even though we didn’t use it
Clean lobby and rooms. Staff was friendly. King bed was almost right up against the wall and duvet cover was empty no blanket inside.
I loved having a kitchenette, complete with a refrigerator that had an ice maker, right in the room!!
Friendly staff, good location, and air conditioning was great. However, the room had a bad stench, bathtub did not drain well, sofa in the room was falling apart. When I brought to the attention of the staff, I was told that a renovation was pending.
My check in was at 3pm however we arrived at 8 am and the desk clerk was able to help us to check in early. Thanks

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that you had a poor experience with us. This property has just reopened after undergoing major renovations and has converted to a Holiday Inn Express. I hope that if you find yourself in the area, that you'll give us another chance to show you our improvements.
