They advertise breakfast but do not serve anything at all "due to COVID". There were a lot of homeless/shady characters around the property. There was also a large rat/mouse that ran from the front door as we entered.

The hotel was ok ... but there was too much noise outside

This was the most disappointing hotel stay. I have never felt compelled to write a review until now and I've stayed at many hotels at the same price range and stars. I wasn't looking for fancy, just a clean and well-kept place. This room stunk and wasn't cleaned or maintained, despite requests. I would not come here again nor would I recommend it. Sadly, it has potential w/an excellent location. It felt gross and put a damper on our vacation. Main issues: the room wreaked of a moldy/mildew type stench (continually running a/c helped a bit but it was still always there and very irritating, probably unhealthy. It smelled like there was an uncleaned water leak/rot). Room service didn't vacuum or replenish towels, shampoo, cups, tissues, anything..despite requests and notes. The deadbolt didn't work and the door only closed if slammed. Minor annoyances: dust everywhere in room, towels near the pool were rarely replenished, and clothes dryers were out of order. When I called Orbitz the mgr at the hotel called me, apologized, said there was no room to move us to that night and promised the housekeeping would improve. Alas, towels were replaced and the vacuum run thru for 2 nights then it stopped. I have zero interest in continually complaining (and frankly shouldn't need to for these basics), we tried to stay focused on enjoying our vacation despite coming back to a stuffy, unkept hotel. FWIW, great location, standard breakfast, wifi, friendly front desk staff.

The room was spacious and had a refrigerator. The big dresser had 6 large drawers to store our clothes. Closet was roomy had plenty of hangers. The vanity had a spacious counter top. WIFI was fast. Air conditioner worked great. The door lock didn't unlock consistently. The breakfast was okay, not enough table and seats to handle the Sunday rush. We didn't use the pool or gym, nothing to comment. We really enjoy the large space. It's hard to find in most hotels.

Very clean and comfortable. Check in was clerk was so awesome. Very kind and energentic. Will stay again. Great breakfast!

Very helpful staff, made accommodating changes to the original reservation. Staff was informative regarding directions and dining choices.

All great just wish the elevator was in working condition

I reserved the room for a couple days as we were in town to explore and meet with friends. This hotel had an indoor pool which is what I wanted to so the children can go swimming. The room was clean and the staff was attentive with my needs. There was moment after midnight that someone knocked on my door and I called the front desk as they ran away, gave me a sense of security. Breakfast was what was expected nothing special.

Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a variety of food. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would use this hotel again.

The hotel was good with very friendly staff, however the breakfast had some hot dishes that were microwaved and still cold and minor issues with upkeep and appearance but overall a good place.

Have stayed at hotel in past and it was much better. Understand new owners for last 2-3 months. Housekeeping didn't clean room after 3 requests to hotel front desk. Breakfast was good and same stuff as usual. Person working in breakfast room couldn't care less when I told her the coffee was cold. She didn't even check to see if I was correct. Front desk people were very good and helpful, but couldn't get housekeeping to clean our room. Office manager "Gladis" provided a discount for next stay at this hotel. She was very helpful as far as her authority went. No owner or GM on premises.

Time to change out the beds. Linens & towels should be retired.

Enjoyed the room. Very nice for the price. Friendly, couteous staff. Could hear people above and near our room walking and coughing, but not to the point of disturbing our sleep. This was the reason for lowering the facility rating. They had a free breakfast which was OK, but didn't vary much. Again though, nice for the price and gave a reasonable choice vs eating out. They had what appeared to be a clean swimming pool area, but we didn't use it. All in all, we WOULD stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable. I was there 4 days. The lady working at the desk was polite and friendly. Good experience.

Moldy, mildewy smell permeated room. Earwigs and spiders in room. Very dirty carpet. Key failed to unlock outside door three nights out of four. Had to have them reset every night. Staff was barely empathetic - 'yeah, that's just how it is'. We won't be going back to this particular hotel. Couldn't wait to get out. Don't waste your money. If this had not been part of a 'package' deal, we would have been gone before we even unpacked.
