The first room I was given did not have a refrigerator or microwave. The desk clerk was very busy. She ultimately fixed things, but I would never rent a room without a refrigerator and a microwave. I later checked my reservation, and it clearly said refrigerator so that made me very unhappy. Hotel is in a rough section of town. I witnessed a an arrest of one of the hotel guests while I was leaving in rarly morning

The homeless guy in the parking lot was not a good first impression. Beds are old and terrible.
Smelled like cigarettes in the room. Only 1 bed had a blanket. Sheets were not clean. Staff was polite.

This is a perfectly adequate hotel in a somewhat dicey area of Lakewood. Easy access to 6 and plenty of shopping/food within walking distance. Lots of homeless people, too. Buildings around hotel have trash in the parking lots However, the rooms have been remodeled, they are clean and the staff is helpful and friendly.
The property won't let me stay and gave no explanation. I called reservation service and as I write this I have been talking with your rep for 2 hours and 20 minutes & counting. I have no room for tonight and will be sleeping in my car. Now I moving the reservation for tomorrow and you won't even give me the same coupon code so I have to pay more money. This is my 1st and last time booking through Orbitz!
We enjoyed the fact that our room was clean and comfortable. We extremely appreciated the fact that this facility did not charge extra for our pets.
