This home is located in Denver's most exclusive neighborhood Cherry Hills Village. Drive thru tree covered lanes to a mixture of stylish older homes and new luxurious mini-mansions situated on acre/plus size lots. Downtown Denver is only 15 minutes away by car, or for easy access, catch the light rail at the nearby station. The interstate highway is just minutes away to get to all the great mountain fun things to do.
This is a ranch style home with a South West decor and Caribbean colors and with 4500 finished square feet. There is a large bright gourmet Kitchen which is fully equipped. Gas fireplaces in the master bedroom, and family/living rooms. Downstairs is a TV media room. Outside is a large heated Pool (open from May 1st to September 30th) with a Hot Tub (open year round) with a relaxing Gazebo you can sit in and listen to the birds. Beautiful lush and mature landscaping. The Pool and yard maintenance is provided. A 3 Car garage- plus large circular driveway (no on street parking allowed since narrow lanes)

Great house for a Family Reunion

Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of nine. The pool was great and the kids loved the playground, which included a zip line, trampoline, and climbing structures. We had some issues with power outages ( there was a heat wave the week we stayed) but the host/owner was very responsive and sent over a handyman to solve the problem. Kitchen was adequate and there were two large rectangular tables which could seat 16 people. All in all, a great house for a large family.

The pool and hot tub were a big hit. House was large and accommodated all 9of us. Master bedroom was very nice. The out side furniture was okay but very old and worn. Neighbors dogs behind house were very annoying as they barked early in the morning and on an off during the day.

Good for large family/group

The house and yard is large. Many different spaces including two dining areas each seating 8. Large tv room downstairs and family room with tv upstairs. We loved the large yard with playset and slides. Our stay was winter so did not use pool or hot tub. Dishes and pots and pans and bath towels could use an upgrade; other than that house was good. Communication with owner was good.

The neighborhood was beautiful and relaxing and close to shopping. The house was very comforting and relaxing. The pool and hot tub required usual maintenance. We did have a "Boo Boo" when sitting in a beach chair which broke while someone was sitting down. I would stay again at this property.

Wonderful home!

We had a wonderful vacation in Mike’s lovely home. The house is spacious and comfortable. Lots of towels and amenities, and the kitchen had plenty of cutlery, pots, pans, etc. My kids loved the pool and zip line! The location was also perfect for our family - it’s a quiet, pretty street with easy driving access to downtown, local sights, and the mountains. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful home. The home and yard are enormous and comfortable. Our family of ten (2 seniors, 4 adults, 4 children ages 3-12) had ample space to ourselves and to spend time together in the living rooms. Mike was kind and easy to communicate with. We loved it!

Our group of 9 including a almost 2 year old had a wonderful week here!! So thankful for the toys left at the property. Especially the Tiger...We had plenty of room to stay together or spread out. Great For Families

The home was very spacious, providing plenty of room for the 7 of us. We enjoyed it very much! Our only issue was the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub. The pool had not been vacuumed when we arrived, and while maintenance workers came mid-week, they did not vacuum, and simply applied some chemicals. The hot tub also had a lot of sediment in it, and was not useable by mid-week.

Family Fantastic

Our family gathered here for a reunion, and it was fantastic. The home was just as advertised. We had plenty of room and the house was stocked well. The only items that may need some attentions are: The dishwasher did not seem to clean very well even after rinsing the dishes, and the not all the jets on the hot tub worked. But overall, we had a great time in this wonderful home. Looking forward to returning in the future.
