Pool was closed due to public health risk. Key cards worked half the time. Right next to a huge rail yard

GREAT FOR A LAST MINUTE ONE NIGHT STAY. REASONABLY PRICED

Too noisy, room very out dated. Large gap on side of door, you could see a lot of light coming through. Toilet ran constantly even though maintenance came twice to fix it. No outlets next to beds to plug cell phones or lap top into.

I called there front desk to ask for a late checkout, they told me I had until 1pm. At 12pm I got in the shower, I heard banging on the door when I got out dripping wet hearing that if I didn't open the door that they would have the police called on me I yelled that I was naked, they repeated that they would have the police called on me if I didn't open the door. So I was forced to answer the door naked. Then I was harassed by an older lady with tattoos all over her body at the front desk who said they won't have a manager until 3 days later, and that all this was my fault. I am a medically retired US Army Vet with ptsd who was just put under an insane amount of stress then they had the nerve to laugh at me while I was having a panic attack. I would never recommend such an awfull experience to anyone.

Let me just start by saying the building is not in the greatest conditions and it shows in the rooms as well. As soon as we walked into our room the smell of smoke immediately hit us. There are signs everywhere that say it is a 100% smoke free hotel but you can tell someone had been smoking in the room. Our beds were not very comfortable at all and the tub in the shower looked like they tried to patch a hole instead of just replacing the whole thing. The only good thing about the breakfast was the fruit and coffee. The staff was good and they accommodated for some of our needs. It is close to downtown and only about a 15 minute walk from Coors Field so there is that. The whole building just felt a little dirty. Definitely will not be staying here again!

I feel very confortable in the room clean very nice people attending the hotel good breakfast

We had a non smoking room that smelled like smoke, were moved into another room that smelled like feet. Both rooms had horribly stained carpets, uncomfortable beds and pillows, and nearby trains passing loudly throughout the night. Even though the location is so close to downtown I wouldn't stay here unless you were desperate or everything was sold out.

Nice staff, but location and amenities were at best mediocre.

I was disappointed with this property. It's run down and called immediately after I checked in to change my reservation. This was my first and last time at a La Quinta property

Location good, staff & breakfast ok. No one was overly friendly yet not bad either. Biggest issue was cleanliness of rooms and linens :(

The hotel is a good price for being so close to downtown, but don't expect too much. The room was pretty run down, the bathtub clogged, and it's pretty noisey outside.

Cleaning was mediocre. Desk staff was unique. It was just not what i expected.

We stayed here the weekend of the Broncos V Panthers rematch game. It was the cheapest hotel closest to downtown we could fine. We only slept there. The beds were comfortable. If you can't stand train noise don't stay there as it's right next to the BNSF terminal. Otherwise it was a fine place to rest our heads.

1st room they gave us no sheets on beds room and bathroom filthy. they gave another room was ok but not to clean. very noisey from outside.

Outdated for a la Quinta Noisy and not very clean.

Staff helpful when I arrived, and willing to extend check-in time for delayed arrival. But front desk did not answer the phone whatsoever from noon - 11 P.M.

Large room, convenient parking, close to everything downtown. Will stay there again.

My experience here at this hotel was way below expectations .. My room was not cleaned properly and I called the desk to ask for them to come in and clean it ... they stated that they would be right up.. we ended up waiting an hour for them to show and decided to go to dinner in returning room was still untouched. Staff during breakfast was very unpleasant and not friendly.

Ok. Get the bigger room, it was nice with floor to ceiling windows & the ac worked great.

Great value within walking distance to lodo. Great for Rockies game, man walk to stadium.

Thank you for being a guest of our hotel and for sharing your thoughts. Please accept my sincerest apologies for not providing you with the freshest accommodations possible. We take the cleanliness of our rooms very seriously, and what you encountered is not a normal occurrence at our hotel. I have discussed this with our head of Housekeeping, and we will look into where our checks and balances failed. Thank you again for choosing to stay at our hotel, and I hope you will give us a chance to redeem ourselves on a future visit.
