Book this place!

This home has everything for a visit to Denver or west suburbs. We stayed here to attend a concert at Red Rocks and visit the mountains. It’s clean, has a great outdoor patio, coffee is provided, comfy beds, and very stocked kitchen. Easy access to all the major highways and you can quickly get downtown or up to the mountains. Lots of stores and amenities within walking distance. If you plan to cook meals everything you need will be available including all the spices!

Wonderful place to stay!

Our family of 4 stayed in this town house for 4 nights while we did some day trips. This is a lovely home and offers everything you may need or want during your stay. Plenty of room for lounging and cooking, a balcony for sitting, and private bedrooms upstairs. It's also such a bonus to have 2.5 baths! It was a very comfortable and quiet stay. We shopped at the Whole Foods and needed to make a run to Target too. Those locations and some other shops and restaurants are very convenient. You even have a garage available for your vehicle. Charley is great to communicate with and very helpful. It's a fabulous place!

This well kept apartment was the perfect “home base” for our time in Denver area. It’s extremely clean, well stocked, and has easy access to both mountains and city. We enjoyed the French press coffee, balcony and full kitchen a lot! Thank you!

Fantastic location

We were there for a softball tournament and it was a perfect location for 2 moms, daughters. Everything we needed was in walking distance with a short drive to any of the fields. Charlie, the owner, checked on us several times and gave us some good suggestions for activities. He and Lynn were very accomodating! They have a beautiful place and stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay! Highly recommend

Great place

A gem!

This was our second stay at this location. We love the quiet neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, shopping and more. The unit is extremely well equipped and clean. Nice townhome rental in great neighborhood

Exactly as listed. Super clean and modern townhome in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops movie theater and bowling alley. It is also super close to Denver and lots of attractions. Centrally located so you can go to Pikes Peak, Rocky Mountains National Park, Red Rocks, Idaho Springs, and so much more in easy car rides.
