Hotel location was great. Right on the beach. Room was nice, except for the pillows. They were the lumpiest pillows I've ever used. They should have been thrown away years ago.

Decor is fresh and pleasing. Rooms comfortable with small functional kitchenette area. Beach towels being provided is a bonus. Breakfast options were prepackaged muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, and coffee selections from a carpaccio machine. Weekend nights they had a happy hour. Appeared some outside repair work near gas fire pit was in progress. Darling sun beds were available in pool/hot tub area. Very convenient location. Beautiful ocean site.

I arrived to the property to see that the room layout advertised on Orbitz for the room category was nothing like what I was offered. I did not have a private balcony like illustrated in the picture, the hotel staff was not in any way shape or form trying to accommodate me, instead they lied and said the private balcony rooms are only for a king and queen bed room, and was adamant about not offering a complimentary late checkout. Not to mention the worn out rug in the room, terrible condition night stand, and the 42" plasma being covered by a 32" stand up tv. I was dissatisfied to the max. Orbitz TRIED making me happy by shutting me up with a 100$ hotel coupon which is no where near equivalent to the $300 in orbucks I used for the booking to a room that was falsely advertised. Below I will attach pictures of what Orbitz showed me my room category was to look like as apose to what I actually got.

Run down with little to do in the immediate area. Need a rental car if you are going to stay here. Third floor room .... no elevator. Fountains around inn not working and in disrepair. Construction sounds from hotel being restored next door. Breakfast not worth the bother. Would not return.

Just a one night stay. Everything was fine. Wouldn't stay here for an extended period, but if you're passing through, it was a nice place for a decent rate.

For a lower priced hotel it was pretty nice, the room we had was recently remodeled and seemed to be very clean. Had a nice outdoor area with a pool, hot tub and gas fire pit, but the ocean view was my favorite part.

Upon my arrival I told the front desk the hot water in the bathroom doesn’t work neither the heater I was told it will be fixed later that day. When I returned late that evening none of the problems was corrected, had to sleep in a cold room. Next morning again I told the front desk about the issue the clerk first didn’t believe me, later he promised to fix the issue, later in the day I returned back to the room nothing was done. Had to go back to front desk this time after talking with the owner of the hotel they finally changed my room. New room had no chair to seat they did bring one later, the lock was broken. Very irritated.

Hotel is going down hill. Staff doesn’t seem to have pride in tge hotel. Cleaning staff was inconsistent and one day didn’t clean our room but turned in her paperwork saying she cleaned it. We had to ask for toiket paper and clean towels.

Hotel is old and dated. Furniture was dinged, scratched and worn. Bed was terrible and had no REAL pillows, only throws. Shower WAS GREAT though. Maids were VERY noisy during the day, shouting to each other, banging their carts in and out of their maid closet which was DIRECTLY next to our room. A LOT of stomping and shouting at night on the stairs ALSO DIRECTLY outside our room. Pool and beach is their ONLY selling point.

Wonderful place to stay! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Found this place at last minute. Took a chance based on reviews and photos. Turned out to be a wise choice. The location on the beach was fantastic. This place has three floors, we were on the second-ocean view-. Only downside was no elevator..found out there installing one soon...it's under construction...I would return to this place again.

Love this hotel. I have stayed here many times and will continue to go back. The view is so beautiful, the staff is friendly, nice pool area and it is a calm hotel which is wonderful.

The hotel was very nice and very clean. The staff was friendly. The rooms and the beds were very comfortable. No complaints at all. We had a pleasant stay!!!

Wonderful staff, nice grounds. Will come back again!

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, we enjoy our time there, the only draw back is the parking lot a little small and the overflow parking lot could use some attention, but in general great location.

The room was beautiful and the view was awesome, but there was no water pressure in the sink so it only trickled out. Also, the shade by the road side window did not cover the entire window so whenever the light came on (it was censored), light would come on in the room which woke us up. The decor was modern and outstanding but the sink and window made the stay unpleasant.

Nice room, comfortable, view of pool and ocean. Staff is very friendly and remembered me from a previous stay.

We spend only 1 night until 11 in the morning... The hotel have directly access to the sea and it is perfect to early walk in the beach!

2nd time staying here and will do so again in the future. It's clean, great pool and fire pit area. Calm and Quiet.

I am seriously obsessed with this hotel. So cute. So clean. Such friendly staff. Dog friendly. 24 hour pool so long as swimmers are respectful. Could not ask for more (except for maybe a bar and grille :) )
