I originally booked a 4-day, 3-night reservation via Expedia for guests visiting from out of state. As a local, I chose this hotel expecting a clean and comfortable stay for them — but what we experienced was the complete opposite.
Upon check-in, we immediately noticed roaches in the room. Within minutes, we went back downstairs to inform the front desk that we would not be staying in a room with unsanitary and unsafe conditions. The staff acknowledged the issue but offered no alternative solution.
Expedia contacted the hotel management on my behalf, but management refused to issue a full refund — even though the room was never occupied due to the infestation of German roaches. In the end, the hotel only credited me back $76, which is completely unacceptable given the circumstances.
As a local, I was embarrassed and disappointed to have recommended this place to my guests. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking this hotel until they address their cleanliness issues and poor customer service.
