This property has a convenient location in North Dallas near the Bush Freeway. The very basic room was clean and well suited for my needs. The motel was quiet and I heard no noise from other guests.

I checked in at 3:45 (room was still dirty and staff was still on the floor cleaning) so this was a set back ... the person in the lobby didn’t tell me the room wasn’t ready nor that the elevator did not work... the pool was closed my entire stay as well .
Very clean. Centrally located. Updated. Highly recommend. Starbucks close by and lots of shopping areas.
The property was a close to the places I needed to go. It is in a good part of town, with stores and restaurants nearby.
They were rude didn't care that I was pregnant and we're being disgusting have trash all over the floors bugs mosquitoes bed bugs ticks fleas and rooms it smells like natural gas and paint thinner and some paint the housekeeper was carrying clean white towels yellow white towels with trash in her hand there was trash everywhere it just smelled horrible and it was just the worst experience ever
Conveniently located allowing me the ability to come and go where I needed to be. Quaint but served it's purpose. You get what you pay for.
Staff was very accomidating and hekped me out. Even ket me stay almost 2 hours past checkout time which is unheard of at any motel 6.
Great price for a budget hotel. The manager was very helpful when I had questions.
Orbitz took $52 from my credit card. The clerk made me pay another $50 to check in. He was really rude
Room was ok and clean. No alarm clock, microwave or coffee maker. Room literally had bed and tv. Oh yes there was a hairdryer. If you are looking for a no frills hotel this is it. Will not be back.
Price was very attractive online and I didn't need upscale amenities for my trip. I didn't have high expectations but upon arrival I was shocked at how run down this location was. The whole place smelled like smoke throughout the hallways and room that was supposed to be non smoking. Driving around the property, I saw numerous dogs staring out the windows and box fans lining numerous panes. At the rear entrance I was greeted by a kid on his bike who rode the elevator with me. I soon discovered that he and his mom lived there full time along with many other families who do the same. Hallways had broken lights barely hanging by a thread and the carpets were stained and never treated. The bedroom was bland and the bed was like sleeping on cardboard. I cancelled my trip after the first night, this place is the worst I've seen. Spend the extra few bucks and go elsewhere, you'll be glad you did
When I entered my room I was pleasently surprised at the modern look and feel of the room. Everything was neat and tidy. I went to take my shower and when I was turning on the water noticed mildew all over the shower curtain. No big deal-it is on my shower curtain at home too. But, when I turned on the shower large clumps of mildew/mold washed out from under the shower mat. GROSS!! The shower mats obviously are not pulled up and cleaned on a regular basis.....on a positive note, the bed was very comfortable and since I sleep with earplugs in I rested very well.
