Place was great had some hiccups with the TV but they fixed it right there and then Would deff stay again
The room was clean, the room was spacious and the staff was extremely pleasant! I will book any of my Dallas area hotel needs at this hotel every time!
Breakfast was excellent.
the staff were the nicest I've seen in a while. Nice rooms, nice pool area with shade. if anything i guess I would add waffles or pancakes at breakfast though the breakfasts were delicious. loved the sausage gravy!

Decent hotel, suite with living area . Spacious and clean. Staff at first was not welcoming , almost checkout and changed hotels. Glad I stayed junaid I think is his name very nice ! So helpful! The location is great! Close to so much walking distance and also malls and such with 10mi. Drive
The first morning we were at this prooerty we were returning from a soccer game my wife walked into the lobby to go ask for our sack breakfast, there was a drunk seemingly homeless man loitering in the lobby who approched my daughter and began asking about her soccer (made her uncomfortable to the ooint she didnt want to stay) he looked to be trying to sell roses and had his beer set on the vounter in the lobby, the attendant did not seem bothered by his presence. I requested my room to be cleaned on the second day of our stay which never happened, asked for more towels one night and was told they were out until the next morning when we recived towels the next day they were dirty. Only one operational elevator. Not happy with the stay will not return.
The rooms were super clean. the hospitality was great. I would definitely stay here again.
While we were out during the day, the room above ours flooded. When we returned late there was water dripping from the ceiling and a fan in the room. No one tried to call us. They moved us to another room, but it had a stopped up sink, grease on the mirror, and hair on the bathroom floor. Have stayed there before with no problems, but this time was bad.
Clean and spacious room. One of two elevators was not operating during a busy weekend.
Bathroom was dirty. AC did not work and we could hear a rodent or some kind of pest scratching inside the wall. We canceled after the first night. We expected so much more from a Hyatt.
Only 1 working elevator. The service people did not understand the water saving instructions. We hung our towels and they took them and did not leave fresh. Check in, even tho' I had prepaid on Orbitz was miserable. We waited 20 minutes for a $15 Charge to go through for incidentals. I could see it pending on my account, but they could not get notifications! Almost had the same happen when we left! We were told breakfast was only for members, but I am one and the desk clerk could not find my name. After we bought breakfast elsewhere the next morning, I checked and the new clerk found my name in seconds.
Delays with check-in. Given 2 dirty rooms before getting mine. Bed was uncomfortable and I was not given towels. Sloppy management.
Good location, clean hotel, nice pool. Restaurants nearby.
