Could be a nice hotel but has not been maintained very well. The whole place was just dirty and worn out. Stains on the sheets, stains on the carpets, floors dirty. Elevator is broken. It goes up but had to take the stairs to go down.

The housekeepers were very understanding during my ten days of medical visits, and sick days when I could not leave the room due to migraines and vertigo. Very nice staff. And there is a nice tree at the back of the property to park your rental car under to protect it from the infamous hail storms in the area.
Were not able to check in until 4 - no rooms ready. One particular person at the front desk was VERY disagreeable, gave TERRIBLE customer service; others were better at customer service.

Heater was not working the first night, it was extremely cold, they replaced the unit next day.
We chose this location, because we have stayed at other comfort inn in the past. We figured we would have a good experience. Well the front desk people were very nice, especially the young black woman she went out of her way to try and find my husband a recliner to use in our room due to him having back surgery on the Tueday and needed something more comfortable. She was unable to find one and expressed her apologies to us. The bed we were told were new, but these beds made my back hurt from being stiff as a board. I had to literally sleep on the extra pillows from the other beds. The bathroom was not the cleanest. There were ants all over the sink area. We were on the second floor! There were also lady bugs all over the room. We would kill some and the next day there would be more. On the third day we were there I tried to make coffee for my husband, but the coffee machine was broken. Asked for a new one and did not check it before the guy left. When I went to make my husband some coffee there was no filter tray to put the coffee in! My husband and I just did not even bother calling down. On a positive note the breakfast each day was very enjoyable.
not a hotel designed for the business traveler. no - and I mean zero internet service. elevators are in need of repair. A/C labors unnecessarily.
