The Room was nice, it was clean, the staff was very friendly but it reeked of mold They did offer to switch rooms, but my boyfriend thought I might be making more out of it than necessary. With all the things that were unpacked, we opted to try some air freshener instead of being a hassle to the hotel. It helped with the smell some, but there was coughing from both my boyfriend and myself all night. Fatigue, Sore throats and other mold exposure symptoms followed the next morning and day and are still present. I felt itchy in the sheets and initially thought perhaps I might have just been nervous. However, I noticed small bites on my skin that hadn't been there previously. I'm not sure what happened, but I felt a bit uncomfortable in the room and opted not to extend an additional night. How do you know if you’ve been exposed to mold or a water damaged building? Top Symptoms Associated with Mold-Associated Illness: Fatigue and weakness Headache, light sensitivity Poor memory, difficult word finding Difficulty concentration Morning stiffness, joint pain Unusual skin sensations, tingling and numbness Shortness of breath, sinus congestion or chronic cough Appetite swings, body temperature regulation, Increased urinary frequency or increased thirst Red eyes, blurred vision, sweats, mood swings, sharp pains Abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloating Tearing, disorientation, metallic taste in mouth Static shocks Vertigo, feeling lightheaded

Not spectacular, but a clean, relatively spacious room for a reasonable price.

The room was clean and modernized with nice wood flooring. The problem was there was a strong mildew smell, the whole 4 days we w ere there. The bathroom had nice shower curtains but the the bathtub was peeling and everytime you turned the water on green stuff came from the drain and went back down. The house keeping staff sprayed something on the floors and mopped with something that was very slippery. The continental breakfast were packaged muffins and coffee and the tv only had about 12 channels even though it gave you a full guide of channels. I checked a lot of places in the area in regards to pricing and there were some with better reviews wirh cheaper pricing and some with worse reviews and higher pricing. So I just took at a chance with Red Roof Inn. I did like the idea of paying through Orbit and not having any additional cost but I will probably take a chance on another hotel the next time I go.

Great for the price! The hotel was near shopping mall the shoreline, and near the beach.

On line the Hotel offered breakfast and all they had were prepackage Muffins, so this was very disappointing

Good experience nice and easy convincant would recommend to anyone

The room was dirty (for example, a cup full of sunflower seeds under the bed) the bathroom smells owfull and the sheets had spots.. During the night had a lot of noises, then we couldn't rest enough and anybody was monitoring the hallways. Also, they are offering Continental Breakfast on the website but they only has a coffee machine and a sweet bread. They told us that they are not responsible for the information posted on the website...

very comfortable nice part of corpus christi zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Great staff. Was surprised there was no iron/board, microwave, and fridge in room. For charging as much as they do expected standard stuff like that. Too bright was not blackout curtains. Tub was peeling. Great deal if paying less than $60. otherwise wouldn't stay there again.

The room was musky/moldy smelling and not comfortable. I expected a little more than what was presented.

It took us 20 minutes to check in. When we finally get to our room. I pulled back the bed covers and discovered the bed was wet. The send someone to check on it and she ended up taking everything off the bed because the previous occupant had wet the bed. I was appalled that it was not changed out the first time.I am sorry to say we will not be returning and I would not recommend it to anyone else.

Really liked it here clean rooms nice location nice staff too

my daughter needed a place to stay, I got her this room since it was a a reasonable price and everyone was really nice, I stayed with her during her visit here, she had a great time and it was a good mini getaway for her and me

The hotel was ok for the money, only stayed there because there were no other places to stay. Overall I very would stay again, the staff was very busy but very professional.

The hotel was in downtown corpus. Which was great for us. It was close to restaurants and shops. They kept the pool and room spotless. It was quiet and animal and children friendly. We would definitely stay again.

This was a quiet and safe place to say in order to visit the Padre National Seashore and Malaquite Beach for the sea turtle release. Unfortunately, the first room we were given had a horrible stench that the management wanted to cover up with a perfume smell. We insisted on being moved and our second room did not have an odor problem. If you are sensitive to pet or smoking smells, you MUST indicate those needs given they allow both on property.

Easy access to freeway and shopping strips. Overnight stay, comfortable and great price

Flat screen tv, modern decor, remodeled, and no bugs. A bit noisy but nothing too bad.

PAPER THIN WALLS... OTHER THAN THAT, IT IS WHAT IT IS

Was posted as pet friendly...was advised when we checked in that they are now enforcing their pet policy, all pets must be smaller than 30 #...we have stayed there every year for 3 years and have always had our lab with us....really put a damper on our stay. We will need to find another place to stay in Corpus. It was clean. Beds were comfortable....didn't feel welcome with our dog.
