The location is perfect for the work I do, but I guess you really do get what you pay for…the first room I was given had roaches crawling out of the sink and sink counter. The lady at the front didn’t apologize, just made an excuse of while there might be roaches. She gave me a room on the third floor, it was better, but mainly because it kept me higher away from the junkies and sketchy people staying there. I am supposed to be getting up in 3 hours, but the banging and yelling has encouraged me to write this review at 5:30AM.

Roaches on my face

When i came into room on 7-12-2024 i walked towards bathroom counter and i seen a couple of roaches. Didn't think much cause i realize its an older hotel. When i went to sleep i slept ok but was awakened by a couple of roaches crawling on my face. That is not something nice to be awakened by. Called front desk was offered a discount on another stay

Great Property that needs Quality Control

I purposely chose this hotel, as I've stayed at the property previously. Staff was pleasant, property is well maintained, and rooms are always comfortable. However, this particular stay I felt an immediate let down when I entered the room and quickly noticed the mattres was sagging. The room itself was nice, cool, and clean. I just couldn't believe the staff made up the visibly sagging mattres. I actually dont complain about things, so accepted my fate. It made me question the quality of bedding in other rooms at a property I've held in high regard. I still enjoy the location near two restaurants and multiple convenience food locations, cleanliness of room and property, but I will no longer think first of this location for future needs.
