Was charged an early check in Dee even though my room was available. Hotel did not know information about the area. I asked for information regarding safe running trails and the clerk just said I don’t know and didn’t offer to look into it.
Staff was rude, hidden parking fee, over priced for what you get, room was dirty with hairs even in obvious locations, we have stayed at lower end facilities for much less that were much nicer. Would not recommend or return.
The room smell sooo bad. It is supposed to be a not smoking room but it seems they had smoked here every day. We got super late and with 2 tired kids we could change room. Carpet is dirty too. I found some old gummies and toys. Very disappointed
We loved the courtesy of the staff and the architecture presentation of the out to inside, the chandeliers took my breath and the view of our room overlooking the Japanese garden area, the quietness of the hotel was so needed and great to have, along with the cleanliness. Easy access to everything, ...
My room was in the hallway next to the lobby. Sounded like people were in my room untill 1:00 AM. Side entrance right next to my room had drunk people coming in all night. Not good for an early morning flight. Complained but they were “sold out”
Very nice urban hotel, great location, walking distance to restaurant and shops right in midtown ATL. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious. Tip, I'm not sure about weekdays, but on weekends there's on street parking, right around the corner.
Things are falling apart or already fell apart. Lamp shade in Room was broken. The glass pane in framed art is cracked. Toilet clogged after one use. A/C Heater is missing filters and full of gluck. Algae in swimming pool and looked disgusting. Fitness room was a dark storage room of few equipments. ...

The rooms were clean and the staff pleasant. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It’s just a shirt drive to the airport.
The hotel is satisfactory for the price and rooms are clean. Checkin at 10:25 pm was unbelievable. We waited in line for 1.25 hours. There was only one person working the desk (his work-partner was fired that day and was not replaced) with 4 families checking in ahead of us. One family came back after checking in because their room was already occupied. Finally at 11:40 we were given keys to our room. We were hoping to get something to eat. Inquired at the restaurant, but were rudely told they were closed. When we asked where we might get something to eat, we were told to go outside and look for a place...this is 10:30 at night! Then asked the bar if they served food and were rudely told "we're closed" and the gal just turned away.
decent hotel. But my air never works good there. Also ended up with a room this time air didn't work and the frig made a loud noise for 2 days. Pillows aren't as comfy nor beds as some of their other hotels.
Hard mattress, but great free breakfast. Affordable for the location and an easy walk to centennial park.
