We were on our way to another place for vacation, so for the price it is OK, clean and convenient. There were people walking and talking in the hallway at midnight, and we can smell smoke from the hallway too. Breakfast was ok. Have microwave and coffee maker and fridge. Ice maker in the hallway ...
Second from the last day the staff did not clean my room more concern about a tip than service The room was a handicap room and a shabby room the handles were loose from the wall if I was to pull on it it would break
Service was great, especially the bell man. Just love talking to people who are real and humble. Also the rooms were clean, elevators fast, nice gym/spa. Easy walk to many restaurants and Piedmont Park. Parking was included in hotel price. Overall great experience.
The hotel and room were lovely. I was too tired to find the thermostat and there were no spare blankets so I stole the entire bedding from the second bed. I was right next to the elevator columns in the north tower and was surprised that my sleep went uninterrupted.
Amazing Hotel!!! Beautiful furnishings throughout and very clean. Incredible staff and quick check in process . My room was very nice with an incredible room. The bed was very comfy and I loved the waterfall shower . I had brunch at Sear and it was wonderful , so worth the $25.00 per person cost. ...

We were very pleased with this well designed, clean, friendly hotel. The free breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was the air freshener smells which were very strong in the lobby and the room.
Great visit !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything was great. I was very happy with the price, especially with the free breakfast. The wi-fi was spotty, so I'm glad I didn't have to send our urgent emails for work, but I would've liked to have been able to stream hulu whenever.
