The head flight attendant was unfriendly. On boarding, she had her back to all of us. The man behind me asked her a question, she turned toward us and gave him a short answer and then turned her back to the boarding passengers again. She was not friendly the whole trip.

The announcers need to speak more clearly at the gates and flight attendants on the plane when they announce stuff. It was difficult to make out what they were saying and I speak English. Imagine how folks struggle trying to understand who have English as a second language.
