Turned the lights on and the roach party came to an end.. all the little bugs went scurrying. Decided to take a shower only to find out the towls were stained and rather disgusting. Overall the nastiest place I have stayed.
When I missed my connecting flight in Atlanta and the next flight to Peru wasn't until the following evening, I went in search of a local hotel to spend the night. In addition to the numerous weather delays at the Atlanta airport, there was also a convention in town. There were no hotels available ...
Booked the hotel because the pictures looked so good and it fit what me and my family were looking for, but the utter disappointment when we 1st pulled in and there "pool" was no bigger than one you can go to walmart for really bothered me because we had planned spending time there when we were done ...
The lady from the front desk has no manners, the rooms where not ready, and the room inside smelled, had no choice but to stay.. the shower didnt work, the bes smelled, there where no plugs for charging my phone, the was a whole in the window blind that i had to cover up with a blanket, and i made ...
This is a very nice hotel in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The room was very clean, the facilities modern and up-to-date, the staff friendly. Although check-in is at 4:00 pm, I arrived at 7:30 am, and was able to check in almost immediately. My 3-night stay was very pleasant, and I wouldn't hesitate ...
Very nice hotel - clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better on some days than others. They did have eggs and sausage, so it was more substantial than a continental breakfast. We were happy with the location too, for getting around without being right downtown.
Great stay with wonderful people making the experience even better.
The security of the facility was the first thing that caught my attention, as a person without a room card has to be buzzed in by the front desk attendant. I had made my reservation through Orbitz. Check-in went smoothly; and though the attendant at first assigned me a room that was still occupied, the error was quickly corrected, and I was very pleased with the size, cleanliness, and amenities of my new room. The road up to the facility is a bit difficult to see in the dark - it's right next to a Chevron gas station - and the facility isn't visible until one has driven about 500 feet up a hill (adding to the sense of security); but there's plenty of parking for the large and luxurious facility.
I was impressed with the clean rooms, comfortable beds and great breakfast. Nice business center and lobby & restaurant right across the street. Good service at checkin and shuttle to airport. The best!
Just a nice Place. Clean quiet convinent This hotel will be someplace I choose to stay again
