The hotel staff (Angela) was very rude. I arrived at the hotel at 12:30pm and she refused to let me sit in the lobby until check in time which was at 2pm. This wouldn't have been a problem if it wasn't 30 degrees outside. She said that check in was too far away for me to wait in the lobby. After I checked in I mentioned to her how unprofessional it was to make a paying guest wait in the cold and instead of being apologetic she wanted to argue about check in time. Very poor customer service. I will not be back.

The smell was so strong we almost couldn’t sleep there. It was like super strong cleaner or odor remover or something. There was no smoke detector. There were also hairs all over. It could have been way cleaner.
