I LOVE Red Roof Inns and go to 15+ every year. This one was not great. We checked in late so we did not communicate complaints to staff, but -There was moldy tea left in the kettle -shower did not drain -hair and debris in sink, shower, on floor -missing pillowcases -the under bed area was entirely metal ai it clanked with every movement. -room was non smoking but reeked of cigarettes

This was one of the worst motel/hotel experiences we have had. Left after 1 hour trying to make it work after a long night with cancelled flights...had to leave it was so bad.

This was a pleasant surprise, we had to last minute book this hotel. It was a very good experience. Check in clerk was super nice. The room was in a good location. The room was clean. The a/c work very good. The bathroom, microwave and refrigerator were all clean. They had great amenities hand soap and lotion in a dispenser near the sink. Shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. The towels were clean white. The ice maker worked and was.very clean because the melted ice water tasted clean. I would highly recommend this location of the red roof inn.

My first time experiencing a unclean room here. The floor wasnt swept, there was roaches in the room, and the water didnt get too hot. Overall i was safe and i did get a good nights rest.

As soon as you drive in there’s like 2-3 cars parked outside, which is weird! Then as soon as you walk into the rooms it smells like cigarettes or something. After they tell you no smoking or vaping. To top it off the sheets and pillow cases look dirty and old. Not a place to stay with your family. So we, decided to leave. Management only charged us one night and gave us back the rest which was good!

One of the worst hotel you can stay inn!!

I previously had experience with red roof inn and they were decent but this was probably one of the worst hotel I've been to. As soon as you enter, you can see the out dates room with old bed, lamp and carpet. Then as you take a closer look, you see how everything is dirty. Bed was dirty, pillow was dirty, sheets were dirty, carpet was dirty, all the towels were dirty, you name it. I tired to take a shower and the water came out light brown for around 10 min. Based on it's terrible location and the way everything looks, I can tell the owner don't care about the place. I was also told by my Uber driver that the area is not the best and safest place to be. He was genuinely concerned for me and suggested I book somewhere downtown or near airport for the same price. I would recommend you stay the heck away from this red roof inn.
