The security guard at night is So kind and a good person. The first time through Atlanta everyone was very kind, we stayed on the third floor in the room seem to be pretty clean. The second time we came through Atlanta we were put on the second floor and the room was disgusting. It looks like the maid walked in there change the trash out and made the bed but didn’t change out the sheets. I found fingernails, floor was gross, there was hair & other things on the bedsheets that showed it was not clean sheets the bathroom smelled it wasn’t cleaned. The sink had remnants of somebody else in it, the counters and all the tops of things where are you set? Your things had hair glitter spots for people spell things the remote was gross. The phone had lipstick on it. It was late when we got in so once I realized it when I was about to put my daughter to bed, we called the front desk and she was very apologetic and immediately put us in another room on the fifth floor which was way cleaner way better. Your only downfall was the water pressure was horrible. Other than that the staff there’s pretty great again the security guard is super kind and super nice very great guy. There’s IHOP next door within safe walking distance at night and there’s a gas station within walking distance with conveniences you need, access to the freeways. Across the street from the Porsche Driving Experience center. Also 15 minute drive to the airport. Please clean first and second floor better that’s all.
I never write reviews.. I live with disappointment quietly. However… understand I have stayed at the property in front of this hotel (western). Where the lobby smelled like weed, and decorated with black garbage bags, manned by people that were rude and unprofessional. This trip I booked the Holiday Inn Express directly behind it. And BOY was I ever so pleased that I did… clean! Safe! Smelled good! Great front desk! No issues! Beautiful quiet modern room… Great breakfast! Don’t waste money at the Ihopu… they are gross. I stayed an extra day because it was so nice. Compliments to the manager, staff, housekeeping and breakfast staff! Close to the airport and absurdly nice. I have found my hotel when I travel to Atlanta
property is located near I-75 entrance which makes it convenient for access. This is a very clean and newer hotel property. Only drawback is the highway noise if facing the interstate

Blah bland and totally forgettable. Would not stay here again. Not at all any type of home away from home.

Great stay. Purpose of the stay was to fly out of ATL airport. This hotel of course offers the shuttle and there is an affordable parking option should you chose to leave your car in their parking lot. Great staff, clean room, excellent breakfast. Highly recommend this location.

This was one of the greatest experiences with a hotel that I ever had. Starting with the manager Oliver and staff Tatianna and Ashlee they were above and beyond professional, reliable, dedicated and friendly. It all starts with great leadership from Oliver and the teamwork with the staff that made the experience memorable after Orbitz customer service failed me miserably. I can’t thank them enough. In addition, the hotel was super clean, well maintained and quite. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!! I’ll definitely be back!!
