Pro: very nice and courteous. Picked me up from airport, quick check in, nice lobby and sitting area. Cons: my ac wasn’t working and the tv remote didn’t work. Ac finally kicked on but the room never actually cooled down and the front desk was super nice but didn’t ever bring up the replacement remote they said they would bring up. In all, it was nice but I’m not sure id opt to stay here again. For the same money I may look elsewhere.

my room didn't have the usual kimpton hallmarks: robe and minibar, and the coffee counter in the am wasn't stocked (understaffed kitchen crew were busy!). The bathroom sink space was cramped but the staff were really lovely! They were so friendly and on it -- from the front desk to the restaurant to room service!
