"First off, this is a landmark in Atlanta. No picture is complete without this building in it. Having said that, this building has been around for a long time, and it shows. The rooms are in need of a makeover, bad. The bathroom door is so narrow you have to suck in your shoulders in to get in without turning sideways. The mattress is not what you would call comfortable either. The halls are dark and a little musty. We were also greeted with a toilet full of pee when entering. How lovely. The staff were great. The parking attendants were good. Just takes a little while to retrieve your car. The streets are walkable, but it’s Atlanta, so take that for what you will. You get a great view from the upper floors. Don’t know if that makes up for everything else. I’m glad I got to go in the building, but it’ll probably never happen again."

"Very good location the staff was very nice and very open about the prices. The one issue I had was the rooftop bar was not open it is only open on certain days. Also, you have to pay for parking and it’s around $48 a night was not informed that when booking overall really nice hotel and really friendly staff."
