Flights Review

Jan 23, 2020

The first flight great entertainment second flight could not connect

Dec 29, 2019

Best trip I have had in 6 years. Even with the short delay in Atlanta.

Nov 29, 2019

They required us to check our carry ons because there wasn’t enough room in the upper storage. After we loaded the plane there was plenty of storage, so that was frustrating for people who didn’t wish to claim a bag!

Oct 7, 2019

Plane was setting at gate for over an hr because it was not prepared for service in time which cause to miss connecting flight stuck in airport for extra 5 hrs

Sep 21, 2019

Loved you were able to have a personal item and also a carry on size bag too!

Aug 16, 2019

The staff in austin and on the plane really did a great job herding us cats to get going on time. They were patient, friendly and funny.

Jun 13, 2019

Baggage check lines were also being used for people getting their boarding passes. I checked in at the kiosk and still have to wait with people getting their boarding passed

Jun 10, 2019

Although the flight was delayed due to bad weather in Atlanta, the staff continued to apologize for the long wait times and kept travelers informed about flight status

Jun 5, 2019

The pilot was amazing! Great personality, amd expresses sincere concern during our turbulence.

Dec 28, 2018

I did not get the seats that we originally booked which caused our party to have sit apart. This was not good at all. It appears to be due to an equipment aircraft change but our seats should have been the same since the configuration was somewhat the same. I should have marked down for this but I did not.
