Connection way too far away.

Jul 7, 2019

Enjoyed the flight!

Jun 16, 2019

It was quick and easy

Jan 27, 2019

Did not like having to pay $30 for a small suitcase

Jan 7, 2019

The basic economy ticket holders are treated like second class citizens. This is very offensive, especially because those tickets are not inexpensive.

Dec 26, 2018

No free checked bags. Seat too close together, can’t stretch out.

Nov 12, 2018

United seated my daughter and I together for the flight. THANKS!

The staff at the gate at Austin airport (Kathy) was very helpful and accommodated my need due to compromised vision. Also was given wheel chair transport to baggage claim at O'Hare, which was great because that's a big airport (I also use a cane for greater stability, so this was great. I didn't even have to ask for it.) The staff who pushed my wheelchair was actually a ticket agent who was helping out. She was very kind. And again, can't say enough good about Kathy at ABIA who saw my need, had me sit in the handicapped waiting, and let me board first. American Airlines is the only airline I use. I don't fly often. Maybe once per year. But I appreciate American and will only use American when possible- which has been always so far. Sky Cap at ABIA was also very good, helpful, and friendly. Thank you.

My mother is 81 years old. The helped service given to her on/ off & between her flights was top notch.
