Great staff. Wish they worked for me.
After driving 10 hours to get to the Hampton inn we check in and the check in gentleman was very friendly and helpful. After retiring to our room and settling in for a good night sleep I received a call in the middle of the night { 1;50 AM) from the new night time Front desk person telling me that my credit card was rejected from Orbitz. I told him that he had woke me up and that this would have to wait until morning. Upon meeting with him in the morning and showing him my payment records he told me that I was responsible for making payment to him. I told him that my credit card already had the charge on it. But he proceeded to still insist I make the payment. I replied that i wanted to talk to the manger. He informed me that the manager would not be in until 8:00 am and that I would have to wait. I told him that I wanted to talk with the manger by phone. He called her and told her that he had an Outraged gust and still did not let me talk to her. When he described me that way I objected to him saying that. My wife and I waited until she came in and at that time she informed me that there was no problem with my credit card billing. By the time the manger came in he had gone home before she arrived. I proceeded to explain to her what had happen she apologized but seemed to fluff it off.
No hot water in the shower F- that they would not be aware of a fundamental prob with the room. I can put up with most things but the 2 non negotiables are a hot shower and dark quiet room.
The bed had a terrible slant towards the front and was uncomfortable -also the pillows were too soft

Clean room and very friendly staff. Breakfast variety was outstanding. The most we’ve ever seen in a “breakfast included” stay. All of this and easy access to and from the interstate.

The staff was warm and welcoming. Our room had everything, frig, microwave, coffee, cable, wifi and two of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in.
The room was clean, and it's right off the hi way and easy to get to. Close to restraints.
