Open spacious home with views of pikes peak. The master is on the main level. Stuff everyone else in the basement. Close to the Air Force Academy and Promenade Shops. Large dining room and table to accommodate a lot of people in a comfortable setting. Have a morning cup of coffee on the deck while enjoying the views and taking in the Colorado sun. Very close to I-25, 8 minutes form the south gate of Air Force Academy.
