The pool and hot tub were perfect
The breakfast was wonderful, it was nice to have a restaurant and bar on site and location off the highway was perfect!
Fail from the start. After a 12 hour trip from Dallas, got the room, stepped in to shower and shower handle broke off. Called front desk but for a hotel with conference rooms, wedding venues and about 300 rooms, no, they don’t staff engineering 24 /7. Were told by a robot front desk guy that we'll have to wait for engineering at 7am. What happens if heating/air breaks? I guess you’re in for a cold night and with my wife's asthma, couldn't take a chance and checked out the next morning. Oh, did I mention mold in the shower, no daily room cleaning. When did the name "Hilton" become synonymous with *this*. Things break, we can handle that. Not having someone, at least, on-call to fix is unacceptable.

The hotel needs some updating for the price of the rooms. The area is not nice around it with lots of homeless people walking around. There was stuff on the floor in the hallways the entire time we were there. The A/C was not cold at all. The building could use some paint and touching up of things. For a $500 a night room I expected slightly better.

They placed a sticker on the door stating it was clean. The bathroom was clearly not. there was a significant amount of the previous guests hair in the tub, sink, and the floor. I requested service to clean another person's pubic hair out the shower and they made it difficult to obtain service. Once the cleaning was performed I would give it a D on effort and cleanliness. Unfortunately the front desk staff was condescending and rude as well. Do not recommend.

Great staff, beautiful updated lobby and rooms. The beds were comfortable, pool was very nice and Starbucks on site was a nice plus.
I didn’t like that there was no complimentary breakfast.
The room was nice, 1 of the 2 people I encountered upon check in was good. the first person was aggressive. I stepped out and when I came back so walked away so the second person helped me. I have not had any issues with the other DoubleTrees I've stayed at.
The whole building was very clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The warm cookie was the best!!
Clean friendly staff....close to restaurants and shopping
The service was great! We had asked for a roll-away bed and it was delivered almost immediately. Classy-looking hotel but the layout is spread out and slightly confusing. Would have been helpful to have more signage throughout the building as to where things were located. Also would have liked to have had a refrigerator in the room.
