cold pool

Our yearly family ski trip we decided t break up the drive and stay the night at the Double Tree because by the pictures they had an amazing indoor pool. I guess they had to drain the pool and refill it therefore it was beyond cold. The hot tub was cold. Very disappointing for your kids to ride in a car for 8 hours just to be let down by the pool temp.

Good (not great) hotel convenient to The Broadmoor

Huge hotel, convenient to The Broadmoor. Room was large, but staff did not accommodate my request for a higher level room. Shower was low flow with awkward fittings and difficult to control temp. Fitness studio was uncomfortably warm. Bar area was large and welcoming

Terrific staff, great room, superb location

Our family of 5 stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and the facility was very well maintained. Our kids loved the restaurant, pool, and cookies upon check in. This will be our hotel for all future visits to Co. Springs. Very highly recommend.
