Room and staff were all great, but the pool and fitness room being down were a huge drawback. If I had been given advance warning I would have made other plans or chosen a different hotel. Instead I felt cheated.

What stood out - and what we appreciated most - was the help we received when we needed to get to the airport. We arrived late at the hotel just to spend the night and catch our flight home in the morning. During the night, the airline sent an email saying our flight had been cancelled and we had been booked on another flight leaving an hour earlier! Luckily, we saw the email but with only about 1/2 hour before boarding. We rushed downstairs and as the shuttle was not there, a very nice man offered to take us (sorry, did not get his name.) The shuttle arrived just in time and we made it to the gate as passengers were boarding.
