The rooms are so tiny with no "extras". No coffee, no vending. We had 1 towel and 1 wash cloth for a king room (which i completely understand that i can go down the elevator to the front to request more). That is just difficult when you're already wet from the shower that also soaked the floor. The hotel is ok, i would recommend staying somewhere closer to downtown for the same price. This location is *out of the way*, especially for $300 a night. Not bad, but definitely not good.
Very modern and fresh. Staff were excellent and friendly. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good and staff did a wonderful job keeping it stocked and clean. We checked in around midnight and Matt at the front desk could not have been more friendly and personable. We felt safe in the area. For the price it was excellent. We would definitely give them our business again.
The property is really close to the airport and the freeway. The Hamilton Place Mall was just across the freeway from the hotel. I found dining options from The Cheese Cake Factory to Bonefish Grille, which was great. The adjacent property was a Red Roof Inn and the seemed out of place and rough area. The bed was okay and the breakfast will work fine for most. Overall I would return to the property again. If you have kids or still a big kid there is also a Dave and Busters.
I was disappointed by the quality of service. I will be taking my business and partners elsewhere.
Nice!
Overall the property was very nice. The staff was friendly and attentive. The neighboring hotel is a little suspect. The TRU brand is amazing.
I thought the property and room were very nice. It had a modern, sleek look, and the staff when we checked in were great - friendly, articulate, and they were masked up. What I didn't like was that all of the guests were running around without masks....about 20 people in the lobby, including kids playing at the pool table. I would have appreciated signage requesting guests wear masks, but I didn't see any. I would stay at a Tru hotel again, but I won't likely visit Tennessee again.
Everything was amazing! The room was clean and modern.
No issues. Everything was good. Will use the hotel in the future.
The property was ok so was the service. Bed was poorly made with sheets that were too small. Covers had a cluster of hair on them which was shocking!
The hotel had no reservation from Orbitz because they just send itinerary numbers. After an hour and half on the phone and getting hung up on twice fro orbitz agents. The man was very patient with me, also he contacted the manager over text an offered me a better rate, but it was non-refundable from orbitz of course.
Well first of all the guy at the front desk was very nice when we check in to our room and he was nice even help ys finding a place to eat but when we got to our room was where the problem start we unpacked went out to eat got back started to get ready for bed pull coverd back and there you have it the sheets were pop they were owb the wrong side hair in the beds with spots and when we call the front desk act as if it wasn't a problem we had to repack load up go down the hall to another room and the night auditor decided to finally brings us the keys to keep us from coming down stairs and when i tried to show him the problem he said he would make a note to the manager never look at the problem period it so after the move the next morning i went to front desk told the lady the problem sbow her the pictures and she said manager would love to see them she comes out and introduced my self to her told her my other room numbet show her the pictures and she said she apologized but the manager or district manager had pass and she just got over there and thats wasnt and exuse but she apologized and said she would do something with the room which she took 20 dollars off each night really so i have pictures and i call corporate and i call Orbitz this should not have happened and all the housekeeper name was ashley she left a nice note saying thanks and she hope we enjoy the stay as if she really clean the room your decision to go here but never again for me
