Horrible experience. got up so early to leave the place right away!!!

It's an older property. It could probably use updating. If you aren't going to be at the room much it works.

children were running and playing in the halls and stairs and slamming doors all day and night. Room was ok. It was a nonsmoking but you could very much smell the smoke. Was an ok location and cleanliness was decent.

A good hotel if on vacation and you don't plan on sitting in the room all day. We were here to sleep and thats all and it got the job done, cheap and pretty nice so don't waste money on another hotel just to sleep! Overall good clean room, hallways are dirty but that shouldn't matter unless you are picky. We stayed in nonsmoking room with a king bed and everything was how we requested. 4/5 for this hotel.

Dirty smelly bug an unfriendly whatever you do don't stay here

We will definitely stay again on our next visit. The hotel is close to most major excursions in Chattanooga.

Will stay again when in the area. Stayed here in the spring, attraction were a short distance. Need a bench for smokers

Only thing I found to be negative was the beds. Regular spring mattress but had the best nights sleep I've had in along time.

We booked 2 rooms, 218 was the worse room. No peep hole--- The peep hole was missing, you could see into the room from the hallway, We puttissue in the peep hole for security. The room had a musty/moldy smell and the ac was not all the cool. Rm 216 was a better room, no issues. The pool was in the back of the hotel, secluded from traffic which was nice. The breakfast area was alittle small but overall the breakfast was as good as any continental breakfast at other average hotels.

Staff was friendly. Hotel is very dated and cluttered with unneeded furniture. Pillows where very worn out. House keeping did not clean our room or make the beds during our 2 day stay. I had to as for clean towels at the front desk.

I good place for a lay over. not a glamorous place but fine for a place to sleep.

Afraid to touch anything! Didn't want to know what the white stuff on the chair was.

stayed at the Super 8--good location-room was clean--the only down side was that everything was old and needed updating--value for the money was good.

We were passing through Chattanooga and just needed a place to stop for the night. The first experience was calling ahead to see about getting a rollaway bed, but the staff was rude and unhelpful. When we arrived an hour later, the front desk staff was much more pleasant, but the common space of the hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. Fortunately, the room was decent with two queen beds and maintained more cleanly than the common space. The room didn't smell of cigarettes either. But the best part of the stay had to be the make-your-own waffles at the free breakfast in the morning.

We choose this place in the meantime we were traveling, just for sleeping. The only concern would be no elevator, three story building. Good breakfast, fast check in, friendly staff, very decent room. I would recommend to stop here.

We asked for a non smoking room and got one.The problem was the first and third floor were smoking floors and the smoke came through the vents. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, but at least they had a few things. The staff was very nice and helpful and the rooms were clean. The beds were fine and the pillows were soft.

Good location , good value , love the waffle maker.

Room was clean and ready for our check-in. Wifi worked well throughout the motel. Staff checked us in and out quickly and with no hitches. Breakfast was stocked and ready when we went downstairs. The variety was good. No hint of smoking in our room our in the hall.

nice room with a good bed. modern bathroom. limited continental breakfast--basically cereal, juice & coffee.

Very clean room and staff was very friendly. The free breakfast wasn't anything to brag about. If you like waffles you are in luck, since it seemed to be the only thing offered.
