I’ve never been in a room laid out like it was. There was a partition down the middle of the that separated the bathroom and bedroom portion of the room. Great location, but the parking is shared with the busy mall area. It was clean, staff was nice, and I bet the pool is fun in the summer time. Wish they had an indoor one.

My stay started off well, the hotel appeared clean and well kept, the couple ladybugs I found in the room didn't bother me, the noise from the vehicles reving their engines outside at midnight and the early morning trash bin smashing outside by the staff was annoying but somewhat tolerable but when I found a 2 1/2" cockroach in my room that was enough to make me vacate the room earlier than expected. I reported this immediately to the front desk and felt like I was just brushed off which was very frustrating.

The room was decent. There were ladybugs all throughout the ceiling, that was a bit uncomfortable. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping super close to the hotel, that’s a plus. The parking situation isn’t ideal, since it’s a busy mall parking lot. Parking isn’t always close

Lovely staff, great location for the event we were attending in downtown Chattanooga. Loved all the dining options nearby as well. Great bar onsite as well. All made it a perfect weekend attending Head of The Hooch regatta.
