Very friendly customer service. We left a bag there and they were helpful on getting the bag delivered to us next day ups. They offered good advice on food delivery service too. We would stay here again.
Just stayed there on our way to Florida but everything was nice and clean.

Parking lot was being repaved. Caused much inconvenience as half of it was closed during our entire stay. and our car was boxed in by other cars numerous times as a result of limited parking. Same pit bull was loose and unattended on 2 different floors protecting owners drugs in room (assumed - but judging from the dog's response and actions as anyone approached the room area. Also the fact that owner moved floors/rooms frequently during our stay. Fecal matter found in hall on several occasions. Charged at me and my husband as we left our room. Dog later found loose in stairwell that exited the hotel. Night attendant unprofessional - flirting with my team of cheerleaders, calling their rooms. Tax exempt promise not honored during stay, was given the run around by desk staff through entire week stay. We have stayed in this hotel annually for several years during cheer camp season - but NEVER again! Very disappointed with overall service and safety.

Our check in did not go smoothly. The front desk person was borderline incompetent. Our TV did not work. When we called the front desk we we're assured someone was on the way. The clerk then went home and never told got anyone to fix our problem. The room has recently been remodeled. It was a poorly done job. The chair in the room is one of the most uncomfortable things I have ever sat in. The newish rug had sticky spots on it. Not a great experience.
The bed was great and the sheets were good. The room was disappointing in that it was quite dirty. Not dirty like it wasn't cleaned that day, but dirty like the floors had a coating of dirt over them and the shower curtain spelled like it was musty. Also the hallways and walls of the hotel had the same coating. The hotel looked pretty nice and the staff was fine, just the cleanliness issue.
I have stayed at this hotel while travelling 3 times this year. Each stay has been very pleasant and met all my expectations. the only criticism I have is that the bathroom in room 313 needs some updating. I have high regard for the staff at this hotel. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. JP/PR
We stayed at the hotel as part of family vacation (four kids) to Tennessee. We visited Ruby Falls, Lookout Mountain and did the Incline Railway. The hotel was across town (15 minutes) from these venues. The hotel pool was average. There was no hot tub. The continental breakfast was hot and very good. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
