Nice hotel downtown Chattanooga near the aquarium, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly overall rooms are spacious air conditioning works well in hotel it is relatively new and modern. You will have to pay to park your car on their lot $8 per night

Our family of four and extended family from Kentucky and New Jersey stayed here to explore the sights of Chattanooga for the weekend. The best feature of this hotel is the location. It's a short walk to the Tennessee Aquarium, Creative Discovery Museum, several restaurants, stadium and the river. The suites are fully equipped with a kitchenette, the hotel has a small pool great for kids, and the breakfast has a good variety but is just OK. The other plus is that parking is included and that is a huge benefit in downtown Chattanooga. There were two things that prevented a better rating. 1) The pullout bed was extremely uncomfortable almost to the point we seriously considered moving hotels. We checked and they didn't have two double beds available, but decided the location and parking were enough for us to stay. 2) Although we indicated we were a party of 4, there were only towels for 3. Room service was not available, so extra supplies have to be retrieved from the front desk.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed. The room had a full kitchen and L shaped sofa . Nice and Comfy. Being our family is from a couple of different states we all met and stayed here. Very convenient to everything . All in walking distance . Aquarium is down the block. Lots of places to eat to choose from. Also had complimentary breakfast. Parking lot for customers only and nice friendly staff.

Stayed 2 nights here and loved it. walking distance to the aquarium, nightlife and food. The suite was lovely, with everything you could ever need, including a large bathroom and gigantic mirrors for getting ready. Staff were helpful when we asked them for recommendations of things to do/see

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend away. The hotel staff was excellent but I would like to mention Nicole. She went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed. She is and asset to this hotel. The location is great. Just blocks away from the river, restaurants, the IMAX and the aquarium. We will definitely be staying here again. If I had to say anything bad it would be that we could see the lights in the hallway around the door but this wouldn't keep me from coming back. Great trip.

I came here with my family with two young kids and my in-laws. I've stayed before during the winter and the location is great, right in downtown. Right in between the Children's Museum and the Aquarium. The Chattanooga free shuttle was right across the street. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the river was also close by. Room was as expected; bedrooms were a little small. A pack-n-play could fit but not much else. Great stay as usual for Residence Inn.

A great location right in the midst of all the activities in downtown. Even though I was in town on a business trip we were able to take in some Chatanooga fun. Hotel within walking distance to some great restaurants and the Aquarium too. Very nice and very helpful staff. I am very picky on cleanliness but everything was clean. Rooms were roomy and quiet. I would definitely say this is the place to stay in Chatanooga!

You cannot beat the location. It is right where you want to be in Chattanooga and they have parking as well right behind the hotel. Our studio room was perfectly sized for our family of three and it was nice having the ktichenette too for quick snacks and drinks. You could make full meals if you wanted! The breakfast each morning had plenty of choices and the coffee wasn't bad either. We used the pool one night and it was just fine for a decent swim with our son. I think my only complaint was that they do not have a single studio suite with a tub. The guy at the front desk said all studio rooms are stand up showers, which I guess I can see, since studio rooms are normally rented by single business would be nice if one or two rooms in the whole hotel could have a tub instead of a stand up shower. The price was reasonable considering the location and amenties. We would definitely stay again when in Chattanooga.

Everyone was pleasant for the most part. Carol at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located with access across the street for the free downtown electric shuttle. The hotel was extremely clean, warm and inviting. Our room was great.

This is a great location and for being downtown is pretty quiet... The Lookouts did have a spectacular fireworks show one night which is right next door but that's fun noise. The staff, especially Nathan the manager is outstanding, immediately tending to your need ASAP and was called upon many times in our stay. The maid service was also outstanding. The rooms were beautiful, clean and beds extremely comfy! The pool IS tiny and so is the fitness room. Due to the over abundance of kids crowding the small pool we avoided it Plus it was down for maintenance for 2 days. ALSO, the continental breakfast had some staff issues- the food selection is always great but their attitude was LACKING. On a BUSY Saturday (where it's open till 10) and with new people coming in at 9:30am, the servers were refusing bring new food for depleted stations and wanted to break it down a half hour early! Comments I actually heard "We don't want to have to make more" Referring to eggs and sausage "I will get to the coffee when I am ready to" THEN upon complaining to Nathan, who sorted it out btw I heard one server say to a customer " People are complaining about me and I am mad as hell" WHOAAAAAA... So that attitude needs to be reckoned with. USUALLY, the food is replenshished especially when it's crowded but I guess the kitchen did not get THAT memo. So go eat out for breakfast. Besides that, all was lovely and I would stay here again. May your road find it here.
